After breakfast Sid is going to office.

Sana- are mujhe kyun thanks bol rahe hain sare credit to doctor uncle ko jata hai. Aur ab kaisa hai aunty ki tabiyat?

Sid just listen everything quietly and after sometime asked Shehnaaz kya yeh meeting office mein nanhi ho sakta tha?
