"simon?" i nervously asked, emerging from our bathroom.
"yeah? what's wrong baby?" he asked, hauling himself off the couch,
"bathroom," i sighed, falling onto the couch. i was nervous about what he was going to say, i knew he always wanted kids. but he wanted to wait until everyone else was having them.
"is this real?" he squealed, running out the bathroom with the test in hand.
"yeah, why?" i anxiously replied, awaiting his reaction.
"i'm gonna be a dad!" he shouted, picking me up and throwing me over his shoulders.
"what's wrong? do you not want the baby?" he asked, carefully placing me back down on the couch,
"no, of course i want it. but how will we manage?" i asked, we were only young. he was 28 and i had just recently turned 24.
"we will be fine, so will baby," he started, pulling me into a hug. "think about it. our baby has all their aunts and uncles aka. our friends, their real uncles, my brothers and ethan." he finished, stroking my hair.
"yeah," i sighed, "i'm kinda excited you know?" i laughed, snuggling into simon.
"yeah, but first things first, phone the doctors," simon said, while scrolling through netflix.
