38: Almost Happiness

Chenle was making eggs, Jeno was in the refrigerator and Jaehyun was drinking his milk as the others were sitting at the table.

You sat in between Jaehyun and Haechan like way before and Jaehyun moved his crutches.

You smiled and Chenle brought you a plate of eggs and Jeno brought you milk.

"Are you feeling good this morning?" Haechan asked and you nodded as you took a bite of the eggs.

"Good." He said before Jaehyun started talking.

"I missed you." He said and you spoke.

"I missed you guys too. But at least everyone is okay now."

Everyone agreed and you ate your food.

Time Skip~~

You made your way to Taeyong's office after breakfast and you were nervous about what he could want.

They make you feel so safe but they also make you so anxious.

You then knocked on his office door.

"Come in!" He yelled from inside and you did.

You then were motioned to close the door behind you and you did before sitting down in the chair, placed in front of his desk.

"Y/n we need to talk."

"About?"

"Your future." He said and and you sighed.

"Taeyong I don't know how to say this bu-..." You started.

"If you want to leave that's perfectly fine with me."

"Well you see-..." You were interrupted again.

"I really don't mind to get you everything you need."

"No Taeyong I mean-..."

"I will get you a house and every-..."

"I WANT TO STAY!" You yelled and he tilted his head.

"What? Why?"

"Uh...I feel safe. And I missed you guys....a lot. Its like youre my family and I need you guys." You said nervously and he smiled.

"I am glad you feel this way but I just might be demoted and or hated for the rest of my life."

"Why?"

"I never got the diamond." He sighed while looking away and that reminded you.

"Come with me." You said and grabbed his arm.

You dragged him upstairs and into your bedroom.

"Y/n. What's the matter?"

You didn't answer you only started digging around for the pants you were just wearing.

You found them and you soon dug in the pocket and found it.

The mood diamond.

You picked it out and stood up. You then showed him.

"I got it for you guys."

His eyes then widened. "Oh my god. Y/n...you...but- how did you...i mean-..." He then just ran to you and lifted you up.

You laughed and he hugged you tight.

He then yelled. "Everyone come up here!"

Soon, everyone came in as he put you down and he spoke.

"Look what Y/n got for us." He said, holding up the diamond and everyone gasped but soon smiled and looked at you.

"That's my girl." Johnny said and ran towards you.

He hugged you and soom everyone did and you had to admit it was the largest and most suffocating group hug you've ever had to endure.

"Guys....guys...." They didn't answer you.

"I AM SUFFOCATING!" You yelled and they stopped hugging you, laughing.

Then you looked around the room until someone spoke.

It was Jeno. "So are you leaving?"

Everyone looked at you again and you spoke softly.

"No."

Then they all hugged you again and you yelled.

"This is abuse!"

They didn't stop hugging you though. They just held you.

And you didn't even mind.
