SYNOPSIS

It's November of 1981 — James and Lily Potter are dead, Catherine Potter had sacrificed herself to keep Voldemort from using her powers, Sirius Black is imprisoned in Azkaban, Peter Pettigrew was murdered, Remus Lupin is mourning, and Kasi Valentine is all alone with a child he now has to be both mother and father for.
With the world turned upside down, Kasi does everything he can to give his niece the best possible life she can have as he struggles with his loneliness from lack of love and of the werewolf's curse.
