"Of course! any detective would find that interesting!"

". . .That's a lie, isn't it. . ."

Kokichi began to sweat, nobody had ever caught his lies before.

"H-How did you know?"

"It was pretty obvious, really"

"N-Nobody has-"

"Can we get going now, please" Shuichi had bags under his eyes, Kokichi could tell he wanted to get this over this and get back to his dorm

"Hey, you look tired. let's go to your dorm, okay?"

". . .Okay. . ." Shuichi gave Kokichi a small smile that was barely visible

Kokichi took Shuichi's hand and dragged him to his dorm.

"Now, do you have your keys?"

"Um, yeah"

"Great, now open the door!"

"We should swap talents" Shuichi said

"Huh? Nishishi~ you're right!"

Shuichi pulled out his keys and unlocked the door.

"Go ahead" Shuichi said

"ladies first" Kokichi smiled

Shuichi shook his head. 

"You first, I insist"

"If you say so"

Kokichi walked in, Shuichi right behind him.

"Okay, now rest!"

"Hm?"

"You heard me, rest!"

"But, aren't we hanging out?"

"Yeah, well. . .I took you to your dorm because you looked tired"

"You really are the Ultimate Detective" Shuichi said

"Nishishi~"

". . ."

"Now rest!"

"Okay okay"

Shuichi laid down and tried to sleep.

~The Next Day~

Shuichi woke up in an instant when the morning announcement went off. He looked to his side to see a sleeping Oma.

"O-Oma-kun?" Shuichi said in a shocked tone

As a rude reply Kokichi groaned.

"O-Oma? Wake up."

"Hm? Whyyyyyyyyyyyy! I wanna sleep in. Why do you have to be so mean, Saihara-kun?"

"S-Sorry" Shuichi said while scratching his neck

"Nishishi~ wow, Saihara-kun"

"H-Huh?!"

"Did you really fall for that?"

". . ."

"let's go get breakfast!"

"Why so soon?"

"What do you mean?"

"Never mind"

"Saihara-kun, do you not eat breakfast?"
