The day at school passed slowly, too slow for Nat. She just wanted to see Wanda. Curious about what they are going to do. But even a slow school day passes and that finally happened.

"What ??? I thought you were going to drop me off at home ..." Steve complained when Nat told him she had to do something after school.

"I'll drop you off" Bucky threw his arm over Steve and smiled.

"With all due respect Buck, your car still stinks of vomit and the weather is perfect for convertible driving!"

"Don't forget who's to blame that my car smells like that" Bucky looked at Steve, who looked at him met an oopsy face.

"Well, that's settled then. I really have to go now!" Nat turned and walked to the exit.

"What are you even going to do?" Steve shouted after her.

"I'll see you tomorrow!" She replied, ignoring the question.

-

When Nat walks through the back door of the school, walking straight onto the football field, but sees no Wanda. Turning her head from side to side to scan the field. Hoping to see her, but no luck.

"Up here!" Wanda's voice was heard from behind Nat. She turned her head and saw Wanda sitting on the stands with a smile on her face. Nat walked back and took the stairs on the stands, located next to the door. Skipping a few steps to get to her faster. As she reached her, she immediately cupped Wanda's face with her hands and kissed her.

"Hi to you to" Wanda chuckled when the two separate their lips again. "I got you something" She dug in her bag and took out a notebook with a laboratory flask embroidered on the cover. "You can use it for notes or just write something, I saw it in some shop and it reminded me of you." She smiled and handed it to Nat. Who took it with an even bigger smile.

"Thank you," admiringly she followed the embroidered shape with her fingers. "That's really sweet of you," she said before planting a small kiss on Wanda's cheek.

"As long as you don't tell others that I can be sweet, it's okay. I have a reputation that I have to uphold." Wanda raised her head in pride, making Nat laugh.

"Of course! Because how bad would it be that others think you are actually a big softie!" Nat said sarcastically giving Wanda a nudge with her shoulder.

"Exactly! That would be horrible!" She replied with a dramatic tone, making Nat just laugh more. "You ready to go?" Wanda stood up, reaching her hand out for Nat to take it.

"Yes! let me see what you arranged." Taking Wanda's hand, Nat stood up. Smiling at the girl as she followed her off the stands.

The school looked completely deserted. The only thing that indicated that there were still people in it was the cars that were still parked in the parking lot. five cars, two of them were Nat's and Wanda's, the other three probably from the faculty.

"Mademoiselle" Wanda said in a French accent as she opened the passenger door for Nat.

"Mais wow, Merci Beaucoup" Nat replied with a chuckle before getting in.

Wanda's car was nice, no question about that. It was sporty-looking, but not the type that was uncomfortably low to the ground and had seats that hurt after sitting in it for five minutes. It was a comfortable one and it suited Wanda perfectly.

-

"So can I know what we're going to do?" Nat asked turning her head to see Wanda, who was driving, her lips curling in a smile.

"I don't have to say it, you can see it" Wanda turned the car into a parking lot and nodded to the sign.

"Welcome to Randolph Mini golf" Nat read the sign outloud, her face lit up with a broad smile. "I LOVE IT!" she shrieked. "I always wanted to do this!"

Wanda chuckled and got out of the car with Nat.

-

"This game is rigged," Wanda murmured when her ball wouldn't go into the hole ... for the fourth time.

"Please, enlighten me how mini-golf can be rigged" Nat crossed her arms as she chuckled.

"I don't know, but you can't be that good for doing this the first time. I used to be a pro in this! Not even Pietro could beat me!" Wanda replied, her expression fell towards the end of the sentence. "He uh- really loved this game ..." she flashed Nat a weak smile that disappeared again quickly.

Nat saw that Wanda was having a hard time so went over to her and held her in an embrace. Caressing her back, without saying a word. She felt the girl wrap her arms around her in response, burying her face in the crease of her neck.

After a moment the two parted, Wanda's eyes turned a little red, but it seemed that no tear succeeded in escaping her eyes. "Sorry, this is the last thing I wanted to do on our date" she let out a qhort chuckle as she sniffed.

Nat took Wanda's face gently with her two hands. "Don't ever say sorry for these things. Know that you can talk to me about this. I don't want you to pile everything up."

"...Thank you" Wanda smiled at the girl in front of her.

Nat took her hands off Wanda's face and pushed her back to the mini-golf course. "Now, get that ball in" she chuckled.
