Izukus quirk allows him to control and speak to fallen soldiers and hero's and can do so without any drawback to himself. But many see his quirk as useless as it cant be used for combat and the fact that izuku is the only one who can see these ghosts meaning a lot of people think he lies about having a quirk.
Izuku mainly uses his quirk to gather teams to take on large scale naval missions, using ex special forces like the sbs. He also calls for the help of ex military leaders for advice.
Likes: the sea, his comrades, drinking with the Russian navy, poker, pro hero selkie and their crew, and singing
Dislikes: human trafficking, wannabe pirates, his family, losing his money in poker, having to drink beer instead of vodka.
