I pushed my way through the masses of people, working my way towards the bar. With one last huff I manged to wedge myself between a group coralled at the front. "Can I have two Vodka Cranberries and a Captain and Coke, please?" I yelled over the music. The bartender gave me a curt nod and began making my drinks. I pulled my hair up into a ponytail trying to relieve myself from the heat of the packed club.

"You looked better with it down." I turned towards the voice.

"I'm sorry?" I said, my eyes meeting a clearly too drunk to function sleezeball. Sweat matted his hair down, his shirt was unbuttoned all the way and he reeked of alcohol. Taking a step into me he whispered "I said you look better with your hair down." His hot breath on my neck all but made me want to vomit.

"Well, lucky for me, I don't wear my hair for anyone but me." I replied taking a step back, not being able to get too far due to the bodies surrounding me.

"Fiesty, aren't we?" He said, adding a wink I'm sure he thought was supposed to be charming. As if I wasn't already feeling uneasy of this stranger being so close to me he wrapped his arm around my waist to bring me closer. I glanced nervously towards the bartender to see what was taking him so long, only to see he was just coming back with a crate of bottles. Great.

"Please, don't touch me." I told the guy trying to be polite as possible.

"What's wrong baby? We're just having a little fun. Don't you like to have a little fun?" His lips brushed against my ear, as his mouth trailed down my neck. I stiffened. I needed to get away from this situation fast, but I had nowhere to turn. Suddenly, a separate pair of arms pushed between us, tucking me behind them.

"Back the fuck off, dude. Clearly, she isn't interested." A deep voice growled. That was enough for the dude to mumble a "sorry man" and slink off. I let out the breath I had been holding and closed my eyes for a brief minute. When I opened them a pair of smoldering green ones were staring back. My breath hitched when I took in the sight before me. I don't think I had ever seen anything more beautiful. He wore a blue short-sleeved button down, open enough to expose a chest adorned with two tattoos. I couldn't make out what they were exaclty, but his arms seemed to be covered in them too. His hair was curly and brown reaching just before his shoulders. It was pushed up out of his face, as if he had ran his hands through it a few times. I couldn't help but wonder if it was just for styling purposes, or a nervous habbit.

I realized I may have been staring a bit too long when I looked up to see an amused smirk tugging at the corner of his lips. The thought of his lips almost sent me off again, until they opened to speak.

"Are you okay?" He shouted.

"Yeah. Um-Thanks for that. I appreciate it." I shouted back.

"Don't mention it. I've watched him try this on about four different girls tonight, I figured I should finally step in and say something." He brought his hands up to run through his hair. Ah. So, it's a subconcious thing. The bartender finally pushed three glasses in front of me. "Do you want to keep a tab open?" He asked. I was just about to say no when the boy next to me slid up beside me and said, "Just put it on mine. It's under the last name Styles." The bartender nodded, turning to move on to the next customer. I looked up as the boy took a sip of his drink. I stood mesmerized for a second as his lips folded themselves around the straw in his glass. I glanced away quickly, hoping he hadn't caught me staring again.

"Thank You." I said, picking up my glasses.

"Don't mention it. It's the least I could do." He shrugged. "I'm Harry, by the way. In case you were wondering."

"I'm Ainsley. Nice to meet you, Harry." I said, smiling. "Thanks Again." I said, turning to go find my friends. Surely they were starting to worry. Just as I was about to step back into the throng of people, I felt a hand clasp my elbow, tugging me back a step. I felt a jolt shoot through me as I felt a pair of lips against my ear. Oh god. Not again, I thought

"He was right, by the way. You do look better with your hair down." I felt a shiver run through my body as his voice coated my entire existence. I turned to respond, but he was already gone, breezing through the people back to his table of friends.

I shook my head trying to clear it by the time I reached my friends. Daisey and Emma hollered out a cheer when they noticed I had finally returned with more drinks. Wanting to keep Harry to myself a bit longer, I chose not to tell them about the encounter I had just had. Instead choosing to slam my drink quickly. "Let's Go Dance!" I said throwing my hands in the air. This announcement earned me another round of cheers from my best friends as we made our way out to the dance floor. Tugging on my hair tie, I couldn't help but scan the dark club hoping to catch a glimpse of those green eyes once more.
