Summoned to another world?!

He should have been happy with his current life. After all, he lived with a stable family, he had the highest grades in his class and he had a great future to look forward to, but.....He didn't feel satisfied, he felt slightly empty at his current life style. He felt like he could do so much more, he wanted to do something that could change the world, but.....What could he do? There isn't much you could do to influence our current society, even something like becoming president wouldn't do much to change the world.

So he wished for something, to be born in another world.

It wasn't a serious wish like begging to god for something like that. He simply said it half-jokingly to himself right before he was about to go to sleep.

He knew that tommorow, he was going to have to go to school like any other day while being forced to listen to stuff that he already knows about.

But right as he was about to take off his usual clothes to go to sleep, he was hit with a sudden wave of exhaustion.

He rubbed his eyes to try and stay awake for a little bit longer but after he blinked a few times, something happened.

???: Huh?

Suddenly, he was no longer in his nice, cozy room, but he was......In the middle of the street? But as he looked around completely confused, he saw Lizardmen walking around in clothes and other people with animal ears.

Not only that, but the place had a very medival feel to it. The structures also looked very medival.

At first he thought that maybe this was all some dream that he was currently having.

But it all felt too real, it felt like he was really the- No....He really was there, in the flesh.

He had already thought of possibilities on what the hell is going on but, there's one theory that he has that seems the most likely at the moment.

???: Have I been summoned to another world?

Normally, he would consider this an illogical idea, but in this situation.....What other explaination is there?

While he isn't 100% sure of it, he is willing to go around and test his theory of whether or not he is in another world.

For a few seconds, he looked around in awe at his surroundings, but after about a minute, he got bored of it.

After all, looking at medival architecture isn't really that interesting.

So he started to walk around, with no clear goal for himself.

He was a bit worried, since he didn't know anything about this world.

The only thing he knows is that this world is in the medieval time period and that Demi-humans exist. Or whatever they call them in this world.

So, he tried to think of something to do to ensure his survival in this new, unknown and potentially dangerous world.

As he walked, he looked at the signs on some of the stores and he couldn't read them, but when he listened in to people talking the eachother, he noticed that they were speaking Japanese.

It was rather strange, but it's better than not understanding them at all.

He looked to his left and saw a dark alleyway.

???:..What kind of idiot would just walk in there? You're just asking to get robbed.

He continued exploring the city, eventually noticing a interesting area in the city that looked......Worse than the rest of the city......That's putting it lightly.
