Hatter was seconds away from certain death. Alice and Time were under attack. All seemed lost. Hatter was suddenly caught by a blur of gray and white fur. The giant blur landed on a platform and shadowed over Hatter. It was Piper, he had saved Hatter, still in his form as a giant corrupt wolf.
“Piper, old chum!” Hatter cheered in shock. “You saved my life.” He smiled at Piper, his back against the cold floor. Although, Time and Alice knew that he hadn’t intended to save Hatter. Hatter furrowed his eyebrows once he noticed that Piper didn’t look friendly.
“Idiot!” Indigo yelled as he entered the room. “I said kill them! You should have let him die!” Piper jerked his head at Indigo as he growled. Indigo smiled with an evil hew. “Very well, make it slow.” Alice’s face struck fear. Piper nipped at Hatter. Hatter slid slightly out of the way. He quickly pulled out a pair of scissors and threw it at Piper’s ear. The scissors cut the base of his ear, blood began trickling down. Piper backed up a bit, roared in pain. Piper shook his head as Hatter made a run for it. He ran to Alice and took his hat back.
“We have none of me to waste on your hat!” Time said, dodging a hit from 11. Piper glared at the couple of human suspects, a glint of forced aggression in his eyes. Time pulled 11’s main root, and the giant fell apart. Time looked as if he should fall apart himself. He turned around to begin fighting 12, a bigger and yet slimmer hour. She slumped over to the two. Alice gripped her hammer as Piper stomped up toward them. Piper began walking faster, as the three backed away. The giant metal hound appeared next to the trio.
They were almost cornered, but found a way to run, as Time managed to destroy 12 quickly. Piper leaped in front of their path and snapped, catching Time’s metal arm in his mouth. Alice stepped forward and hit the hammer to the base of Piper’s neck. Piper let go and swung his head sideways at Alice. Alice was knocked back a bit. She swung her hammer again, but failed to get a hit at him.
Clang! Alice’s hammer was flung across the room as Piper stomped at her with his paws. Piper jumped at her. Alice fell backwards as she stepped away. Time caught her and used his metal arm to get a smack at the side of Piper’s leg. Piper fell over. Hatter snuck up behind Piper, and hugged around his neck. Piper tried to break free of his hold. Piper threw himself at a wall, and crushed Hatter, but that didn’t stop him.
“Get Indigo!” Hatter yelled as he pulled on the neck fur of Piper. Alice grabbed Time by the arm and started running toward Indigo. Indigo made a run for it. He couldn't call on his hours anymore, and he wasn't nearly as powerful as the two combined. He then remembered the last little pet of his. Indigo turned around confidently, and grinned at the two.
“Rally-mor!” Indigo called. Time and Alice stopped at the sudden noise of cracking gears and a deep growl that was bone chilling enough to freeze you entirely. Rally-mor, or Rally, slumped in front of Indigo from behind. The giant metal hound dog that had almost killed Hatter. “Kill.” Indigo ordered pointing at the two scared-deer in front of him.
Alice looked at Time and, then at Hatter who was getting quite the beating from Piper at the moment. Hatter stepped on Piper’s tail, and Piper kicked at him. Alice looked at Rally. He slumped up at the victims slowly and viciously. One footstep at a time.
