Grace’s P.O.V
We eventually came to the biggest mall I had ever seen, it had like 20 floors, okay slight exaggeration but it was huge!
We shopped everywhere like everywhere! Billie bought me so much, I felt bad but he wasn’t having any of it, Tre bought like all the shops he was walking round with around 50 bags filled half with clothes half with just random stuff, Billie bought a new guitar and he even wanted to buy me one, but that’s where I put my foot down, that was wayyyyy too much! Mike did some shopping too, he bought a few things for his wife and kids and so did Billie, I think Tre did too but am not too sure what he bought, It could have been anything knowing him! We was just about to walk back to the bus when I remembered that out of everything Billie had bought me I didn’t get any pj’s!
‘Wait! Billie I didn’t get any pyjamas!’ I sounded like It was the end of the world, which caused the guys all laugh
‘Okay, we will go get some’ Billie was still laughing
Eventually I decided on a pair that looked really comfy and they were soooo soft Tre liked them and began rubbing his face against them saying how soft they were,
‘I think am going to get a pair too!’ he grinned but sounded serious
‘Ermmm Tre you do know their girls pyjamas right?’ Billie asked looking confused
‘Yeah, but why should they get all the good stuff! I mean Billie they are soooooo soft, I imagine its how a unicorn would feel!’ he was so happy, Billie just laughed and rolled his eyes, Mike was pissing his-self laughing at the thought of Tre in girl jammies,
I was just about to go to the checkout with my pj’s, when Billie being Billie made me pick out another 4 pairs, I frowned, and told him no he had already bought me too much as it was, so he picked them out instead, they were all nice, but I still felt bad.
We eventually got back to the buses I was exhausted! I chucked all my bags onto the bottom bunk and rummaged through to find my new pyjamas, the same ones Tre decided to get,
‘We’re gonna have a movie night tonight’ Billie came through in his pj’s smiling
‘Cool, what film?’ I asked whilst making my way into the bathroom to get changed
‘Ermmm not sure, I think Tre’s deciding’ oh dear god, what will we be watching
‘Okay but am not watching anything about unicorns!’ I said coming out the bathroom
‘Fuck that shit, neither am I’ we began to laugh
I felt a sharp pain in my head
‘Ahh’ I winced and held my head,
‘What wrong?’ Billie asked rushing towards me
‘Just a headache’ I answered, Billie lifted his hand and pressed it against my head
‘You’re a bit warm’ he frowned and went to the kitchen, he returned with a small glass of water and a tablet, I looked at the tablet and up to him, I was a little hesitant to take it,
‘It’s fine, their just headache tablets, it should ease the pain’ he smiled and I took it from him and swallowed it.
Billie’s phone began to ring, he ran to get it
‘It’s Adrienne, she wants to speak to you’ he smiled
‘To me?’ I asked, he nodded and passed me the phone
*Phone Call*
Me: H-Hello?
Adrienne: Grace! How are you doing? Are the boys being good?
I giggled and she laughed a little too
Me: I’m fine thank you, and yes their fine, how are you?
Adrienne: Good! Am great thank you sweetie, I just wanted to check up on you
I smiled, I have never had someone say that to me before, she actually wants to make sure I was okay and safe! It was a weird feeling but I liked it
Me: Th-thank you! Am great, it’s been so much fun! We went shopping today!
I didn’t realise but I wanted to tell her everything that had happened, down to the littlest detail
Adrienne: that’s great! Did you get lots of nice things?
Me: yeah, shirts, jeans, shoes, I even got a dress! I don’t know when I will wear it but it’s quite pretty
I heard her giggle down the phone
Adrienne: that’s brilliant! Am sure we will be able to find something you can wear it for, anyway sweet I have to go, the boys are fighting, tell Billie I love him, and have a nice time darling bye!
Me: Thank you! I will, bye!
*End of Call*
I smiled at the phone, that was the best phone call I had ever had, she’s so nice! And she actually wanted to hear about my day!
‘BILLIE!’ I yelled
‘THROUGH HERE!’ he yelled back, It sounded like it was from his bedroom, I was hesitant to just walk in so I decided to knock,
‘You can come in silly!’ he laughed, I walked in, he was sat tuning his new guitar, I passed him his phone
‘Adrienne said she loves you’ I smiled; he looked up and smiled back nodding and patted the space next to him for me to sit down.
‘Here’ he passed over the guitar, it was beautiful, it was an acoustic but it was so simple, just cream, I helped him pick it out, I took it from him and looked confused
‘It’s yours!’ he laughed at me, I gasped and looked over the guitar
‘Billie! I can’t take this!’
‘Why not? I bought it for you’ he smiled, I know he bought me all them things today, but this was by far the best, I would be able to keep this for ever a small tear of pure happiness ran down my cheek, but Billie wiped it away
‘Am glad you like it’ he smirked.
