Chapter 6 (Kelly and Shay's Apartment)
Dawson came down the stairs and saw Kelly making breakfast for himself. Her stomach started to churn with nervousness when she saw him because she wasn't completely sure how Kelly felt about their relationship yet. She cleared her throat. "Morning." She said. Kelly looked up. "Hey Dawson" Kelly said. "Hey...look Kelly...um you’re okay with this right? I know Matt is your best friend...and I know Shay is too...so...is this okay?" She said looking at Kelly nervously. Kelly smiled at her. "It's fine Dawson. Yeah Matt is my best friend but he just like me always knew you loved Shay. We were just waiting for you to figure it out he does love you though and I know you love him. But I understand you love Shay more. Casey and I both understand. Also, you make Shay happy and whatever makes Shay happy makes me happy she's been pining after you for the longest time." Kelly smiled at her again. "Thank you." Dawson said.
