There we're in the main room where the hot air balloon is, the Wizard and Dorothy were on it. The Wizard made a speech about him returning to Kansas and the Scarecrow will be in charge of the Emerald city along with Tin Man and Lion
Then Toto barked at a cat, he jumped out of Dorothy and Dorothy ran after him
"Oh don't go without me, I'll be right back" Dorothy said and she went to get Toto
"Someone stop Toto" Grace said and then the balloon was already up, Tin Man and Scarecrow tried to pull it down but it was too late
Dorothy screamed when she noticed it and said "come back, come back, don't go without me please come back"
"I can't come back, I don't how it works" the Wizard said "goodbye folks"
"Now I'll never get home" Dorothy said
"Then stay with us then, Dorothy" Lion said "we love you we don't want you to go"
"That's very kind of you but this could never be like Kansas, Auntie Em must of stopped wondering what happened to me by now" Dorothy said "Scarecrow, what am I going to do?"
Scarecrow noticed the pink bubble coming and he said "look, here's someone who can help you"
The pink bubble came down, Glinda appeared and she went up to them
"Oh will you help me? Can you help me?" Dorothy begged
"You don't need to be helped any longer. You've always had the power to go back to Kansas" Glinda said
"I have?" Dorothy confused
"Then why didn't you tell her before?" Scarecrow asked
"Because she wouldn't have believed me" Glinda explained "she had to learn it for herself"
"What have you learned, Dorothy?" Tin Man asked
"Well, I, I think that it, that it wasn't enough just to want to see Uncle Henry and Auntie Em. And it's that if I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own backyard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with" Dorothy said "Is that right?"
"That's all it is" Glinda said
"But that's so easy" Scarecrow said "I should of thought of that for you"
"I should of found it in my heart" Tin Man said
"No, she had to find it out for herself" Glinda said "now those magic slippers will take you home in 2 seconds"
"Toto too?" Dorothy asked
"Toto too" Glinda said
"Now?" Dorothy said
"Whenever you wish" Glinda said
"Oh dear that's so wonderful to be true" Dorothy said and then started to feel sad "Oh it's going to be so hard to say goodbye, I love you all too"
Dorothy went to Tin Man
"Goodbye, Tin Man" Dorothy said and he was started crying "oh, don't cry! You'll rust so dreadfully. Here's your oil can"
"Now I know I've got a heart, 'cause it's breaking..." he said after she gives the oil can to him
"Goodbye, Lion. I know it isn't right, but I'm going to miss the way you used to hollar for help before you found your courage" Dorothy said
"I never would've found it if it hadn't been for you..." Lion said
She went to Scarecrow, they hugged and she said "I think I'm going to miss you most of all"
Dorothy bend down to Grace, they hugged and said "I hope you'll have a family someday"
They let go, Glinda asked her if she was ready, she said she is, she waves Toto's paw and said "say goodbye Toto"
They waved at Toto and Dorothy said to Glinda "yes, I'm ready now"
"Then close your eyes and tap your heels together 3 times" Glinda said and Dorothy did it "and think to yourself, there's no place like home, there's no place like home"
"There's no place like home" Dorothy said and she repeats until she vanished
After Dorothy vanished, they cried until the wind came and the light appeared
"What's that? What's that?" Lion asked
"That's the light that'll take me back to the orphanage" Grace explained "I guess it's time for me to say goodbye"
She hugged Tin Man, Lion and as she went to Scarecrow, she started crying and Scarecrow said as he picked her up, held her against his shoulder, he patted her back and said "oh Grace don't cry, we're gonna miss you too"
Then she sniffed and he puts her down, Glinda held her hand and they went in front of the light, she turned to them and waved goodbye. They waved too and then she went into the light and it disappeared
When she got out of the light, it disappeared then Lilly came in and said "Grace! You're awake"
"Huh? What about the tornado, is everyone alright?" Grace asked
"What are you talking about?" Lilly confused "there wasn't a tornado, there was a big windy storm but it passed when you've been sleeping for hours"
"Oh" Grace said
"Hey um, dinner is almost ready, just thought I let you know" Lilly said
"Thanks" Grace said
As Lilly was about to leave, she said "oh um Martha wanted me to tell you that you have something in the closet"
As Lilly left, Grace was confused, so she went into her closet and saw dolls of Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion and then she saw a box, she opened it and it was the ruby necklace and she smiled
