Brooke POV

"YOUR DATING FP JONES!!!" mom yelled

"LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!" I yelled

"No I am your mother and he is older then you Brooke your 17!"

"And I care? You don't pick who i fall in love with or date!"

"Brooke you will stay away from him!"

"Will I?"

"Go to your room"

"No I'm leaving" I said grabbing Grayson and walking out the door

"Brooke come here now!!!" mom yelled I got in my car and drove to Sweetwater river I got out of my car and sat by the lake Grayson was laying by me I pet his head

"I wish dogs could talk" I said a let out a small laugh

Betty POV

"Its been two hours!" mom said I could tell she was worried

"Mom we've called her all day her b....boy....boyfriend just went to jail" I said still shocked that she was dating Fp

Brooke pov

My phone started ringing again I saw it was Archie

Brooke: what!?

Archie: me, veronica and Kevin are going to ask Joaquin some question will you please come?

Brooke: fine in coming

I hung up and got Grayson I'm my car and drove to the address archie sent me

I walked in and saw them

"We know Fp used his call from jail to get in touch with you what did he say?" Archie asked

"It was basically just a warning said to lay low" Joaquin said

"No one uses there one call to say ' lay low'" veronica said

"Joaquin do you know something" Kevin asked I looked at him "I'm not talking to you as your boyfriend I'm talking to you as the sheriffs son"

"Did fp kill Jason?" I asked

"Yeah.... I mean I... I..assume" joaquin said I felt a tear fall down my cheek

"Oh my god" kevin said

"Did you see him pull the trigger?" veronica asked

"No no god no" Joaquin said

"Then why do you think he did it?" Archie asked

"On July 11th I got a phone call in the middle of the night from fp... Said he needed help with some clean up job at the whyte wyrm" Joaquin said

"What.. What job?" I asked

"The basement of the whyte wyrm is off limits to everyone that's where I met Fp and that's where I saw.... He'd been shot I never asked Fp if he did it I just.. I mean I was terrified I..I just assumed we stashed the body in the freezer cleaned up the mess got rid of any evidence" Joaquin said

"You are a criminal" Kevin said

"Kevin he did what he had to!" I yelled at kevin and Joaquin looked at me

"Joaquin Fp has done jobs for my dad, Hiram lodge in the past do you think killing Jason was one of them?" veronica asked

"There was one time I overheard a conversation between Fp and mustang " Joaquin said

"Who's mustang?" Archie asked

"He's another serpent the only other guy who know about the clean up the guy you got into a fight with at the wrym I heard him tell Fp something about some rich guy I don't know who" Joaquin told archie

"Where is mustang?" veronica asked

"No no no no you do not want to go see him" Joaquin said

"Yes I do and your going to take us or" veronica said getting cut off by Kevin

"Or I'm going to tell my dad about your little clean up job" Kevin said

Betty pov

"I'm so happy your home pol and that the babies are okay and healthy but god everything else" I said thinking about Brooke

"Is the worst" Polly said

"Brooke was dating fp" I said Polly looked at me

Brooke POV

We were walking to mustang apartment

"Not that much money in local crime and villainy huh?" veronica asked me and Kevin

"This is him here" Joaquin said knocking on the door he opened it "mustang you here?"

We walked it I looked around i walked over to the bathroom and saw his body laying in the bathtub lifeless

"Oh my god" i said putting my hand over my mouth

"I can't be here" Joaquin said

"Lets go" Kevin said

"Ill drive you guys" I said we walked out to my car and got in Grayson jumped on me then Joaquin

"I'm sorry" I said

"Its ok" Joaquin said getting into the car my phone started ringing I put it on speaker

?: is this Brooke?

Brooke: yes this is

I saw Kevin looking at me

?: Fp Jones would like to talk to you will you pay for the call

Brooke: yes

Fp: baby I am so sorry

Brooke: Kevin and Joaquin are in the car

Fp: how are you?

Brooke: my mom loves drama and my boyfriends in jail I'm great

Fp: I'm sorry Brooke will you come by later and see me?

Brooke: maybe

Fp: I'm really sorry I love you

Brooke: I... I have to go bye

I hung up Kevin looked shocked we got to the bus station Joaquin and Kevin got out Grayson sat in the front seat until Kevin came back

"why did you hang up when Fp said he loved you?" Kevin asked

"I don't know we haven't said the L word yet" I said

"You did not just say 'the L word ' girl" Kevin said I rolled my eyes

Later that night

Brooke pov

Me kevin jughead and betty were in a car together we were driving. To the place where betty and jughead found the car I stayed in the car a few minutes later they came back we drove off

"This is meant to help Fp?" Archie asked looking

"I'm leaving" I said

"Brooke stay" veronica said I rolled my eyes

"Let me go get Grayson" I said walking out to my car I stayed outside of a few minutes I walked back in and everyone.was watching a video I say Clifford blossom shooting Jason then leaving the room Joaquin and Fp walked in and started cleaning the mess

"My dad didn't kill Jason" jug said looking at me I looked away
