dear peter,
today, i saw you in the hallway, and i stopped to talk to you. i said hi, and you said hi. and then i said, "i just wanted to tell you that...i like you, too." you smiled at me, and then i said "well, i'll see you later."
and i did see you later. in the lunch line, you were in front of me, and you saw me and turned around. we had a really nice conversation. we were both laughing and smiling, and it helped pass the time that we spent waiting. the best part is that, as i was leaving the cafeteria to go to my refuge in the library, you followed behind me and held the door. and then you asked me for my phone number.
peter, i don't think my heart has ever beaten that fast before in my entire life.
love,
♡ wendy x
