"sorry about that, george being a pain in the ass like usual." dream laughed looking back up at belle.
"nothing new then." she joked, "he's totally obsessed with you." she winked.
"you guys are both obsessed with each other." he chuckled, "all you do is try to get on the others nerves."
"it's funny." she shrugged.

the two friends walked through all the disney themed shops and listened to the live music playing close to the entrance. they didn't buy anything except a few sweets from goofy's candy shop to bring back to the boys at home.

the pair enjoyed each others company, walking through the centre. the sun was setting and the sky was taken over by the light pinks and oranges swirling together.
the paths were illuminated by lampposts and lanterns. they could hear the band that was playing now at the opposite end of the centre along with the sounds of the water fountain flowing and children screaming happily.

"you look really pretty tonight." dream said turning to belle, the pair now sitting by a table outside looking over the water.
"thank you." she blushed slightly, "you look pretty too."
"why thank you, m'lady." he said jokingly, pretending to tip an imaginary fedora.
"you're such a weirdo." she giggled.
"you love it though." he teased to which she just hummed in response.

"all jokes aside i'm really glad you agreed to come." he smiled at her.
"i'm glad i agreed as well." she spoke softly, "i like being around you." she confessed.
"i like being around you too." he nodded, his cheeks getting warm.
