tartaglia cleaned up a bit then picked zhongli up bridal style and carried him over to the bathroom to turn on the bath, as he probably couldn't walk on his own.
he put zhongli in and got in himself, planted a kiss on his cheek and started cleaning them up. after cleaning his and zhongli's hair he settled down on his lap, still in the bath, and he passionately kissed him. they were fighting for dominance for a while, until eventually zhongli grew tired and gave up. tartaglia took over and intensified the kiss, then moving down to zhongli's neck. he pulled away to turn the water off, then they dried off and childe carried zhongli back to lay down in the bed. they whispered to each other:
"i love you."
