So this is love

I want to spend the rest of my life with the person who made me realize that it's still worth living. The person who made me realize that I shouldn't be escaping my reality and becoming someone else, but that I should focus on who I truly am and how I could make myself better.

His words bring tears to my eyes, all I wanted was to kiss him and show him how much he meant to me.

"Can I kiss him please" I ask the officiant with my wobbly voice that made evident I was on the verge of crying

He lets out a smile "Not just yet, were almost there"

Ace and I laugh

"Ace Anderson, oh the things you have put me through" I start off, letting out a breath of air as I calmed my breathing and gave him a look

"I always thought my life was pretty lonely, but never did I experience true loneliness till the moment I lost you. My life truly did fall apart." I could sense the officiant was a bit confused at my words, but it didn't matter, Ace knew what I was talking about.

"Even though I thought it be impossible, I picked myself up again and continued my journey through life. It wasn't until you entered my life again, that my heart truly started beating. I fell in love with Liam Wilson first, but I fell harder for Ace Anderson"

"I'm sorry what?" the officiant blurts out confused out of his mind

We try to suppress our laughs

"Just let us be sir" Ace says to him, as he nods his head

"The first time I met you, I had no damn idea I'd love you this much. If you would have asked me a few years ago, what love meant, I wouldn't have answered it properly. Because only after meeting you did I realize, love is breathing, getting lost in your eyes then forgetting how to breathe. And that is exactly what you do to me Ace. You will forever be my always, I love you so much" I croak out at the end when I see his eyes too start to pool

'Fuck This' he says under his breath before grabbing my face and smashing his lips onto mine

"W-wait just a couple more seconds please!" the officiant snaps

I feel Ace smile into the kiss before pulling away, we could both tell the officiant was a little bit pissed now

"Sorry" I say pulling away as I tried to hide my blush

"Ace and Alexandra, today you have renewed the promises and vows you made to each other on your wedding day. You have symbolized the renewal of the marriage union by the joining of hands, the taking of vows, and by the wearing of your wedding rings.

It is with pleasure that I conclude the ceremony of renewing the vows of marriage that joined you and binds you as husband and wife. Now, you may finally celebrate this renewal of vows with a kiss!" he says emphasizing his words

All of us smiling, I place my hand on the back of Ace's neck and pull his head closer to me, placing his soft and warm lips onto mine.

After our private ceremony, Ace grabs my hand as we walk through the beautiful streets of the city. I wasn't sure what the plan was since he wanted to keep everything a surprise. Every time I asked him, he would simply just give me a kiss. No answer. Which I wasn't gonna complain about....

We finally reached our first destination which was a beautiful rooftop restaurant that Ace had reserved privately just for us. The candle lit dinner with the beautiful city view was just magical.
