It's the next day on shift and Natalie has just gotten changed. She is finding it weird how Gallo isn't his usual bubbly self. She follows him out to the truck
"Hey Gallo?" Natalie shouts
"What Luitenent?" Gallo replies
"Just wanted to check in? You don't seem like yourself?" Natalie says concerned
"I'm fine! Why wouldn't I be?" Gallo says clearly annoyed
"Okay! Well you know my door is always open!" Natalie says before she walks away
"Okay gallo! 3 things!" Gabby says walking over who has heard the whole conversation
"What!" Gallo says
"Okay 1. We all know you like her! 2. It's never gonna happen! And 3. Don't take it out on her!" Gabby says
"I didn't take it out on her!" Gallo says
"Yeah you did! She put you in the friend zone and your not happy about that! I've seen it all before!" Gabby says with a smile spreading across her face
"Got it!" Gallo says walking away
Casey walks over and joins Gabby
"He knows that he has no chance with her right?" Casey asks
"Yep! But he won't listen!" Gabby says before walking away
"Truck 81, person trapped, 62nd street" The intercom says
They all run out to the truck and drive to the scene. When they arrive they can see a man who is stuck on a roof
"Okay 81! Herrmann get ready for a rope rescue! Mouch inflate the airbag! Otis your coming up with me and gallo stand by and watch!" Natalie shouts
"Stand by?" Gallo asks
"Got a problem gallo?" Natalie asks
"Why am I watching? I could help you!" Gallo shouts
"Who's the Luitenent?" Natalie asks
"You" Gallo says annoyed
"That's right! Now don't ever question me again!" Natalie says before walking away
Natalie gets the victim down and sends him away with the medics. They arrive back at 51
"Gallo! A word!" Natalie shouts
"Yes Luitenent?" Gallo says
"Don't you ever question my judgement again! Especially in front of a victim!" Natalie shouts
"I just thought I could do something instead of standing around looking like I don't belong there!" Gallo shouts
"Don't you dare raise your voice to me! I'm the Luitenent I make the calls! Whatever thing you have against me it stops now! Am I clear?" Natalie shouts
"Yes Luitenent!" Gallo mutters
"I'm sorry! I said am I clear?" Natalie says raising her voice
"Yes Luitenent!" Gallo says louder
Natalie then gives him a look and walks away
