Dion's been asking me for a new pair of sneakers too so I might get him a pair of Black Cat 4's so he can wear them to school and not get them so dirty.

I got some spending money saved up so I guess I'll just use it for him.

My baby comes first. I can't go walking around in Jordan's and shit and he doesn't. That's not cool.

And plus Dion loves his sneakers just as much as I do.

My last couple of hours go by and it's time for me to gooo.

I grab my stuff and put it in my book bag and I realized kehlani took my damn jacket.

It's Ight. I'll get it back Saturday.

I clocked out and walked out- more like ran out the hospital and got in my car. I drove to Dions school and once I got there he wasn't outside so I'm guessing he's still inside meaning there's other kids AND IM NOT LATE.

HA

I parked my car and walked out with a lollipop I took for him and went inside the school.

I walked to the classroom and see that he's playing with the other kids on the rug.

I knocked on the door and all the little kids looked in my direction.

"Mom!!!" He ran up to me and gave me a big hug.

"Wassup pop? How was your day?"

"It was goooood"

"You got homework?"

"yea." I chuckled and shook my head because he despises the shit.

"Well maybe this would make you feel better" I took the lollipop from out my pocket and gave it to him.

"Thank youuuu"

"You're welcome D. But go get your jacket and book bag from your cubby."

"Okay"

He ran off to his cubby and I stood up straight to go talk to his teacher.

"He's a very smart boy"

"Thank you. We try our best"

"Single parent correct?"

"Yes ma'am"

She ran her hand down my arm.

"That's kind of cute. Are you doing anything this weekend?"

"Umm yea?"

"Oh... I'm sorry I just really thought you were attractive-"

"Ms. Anderson, it's fine. But I'm I guess talking to someone kind of"

"Okay... respectable. Once again I apologize."

"It's all good. Dion you ready??" I turned around and he was right behind me.

I bent down and helped him put on his hoodie and then his varsity jacket. I grabbed his book bag and put it over my shoulder as I picked him up.
