"I'm afraid that won't work on me Asmo. The answer is no. I don't want you anywhere near their room tonight." 

Asmo huffed. "Okay. Okay."

It was the next day and Y/N was in the music room playing a song that described their situation and how they felt perfectly. The great thing about the room was it was sound proof. Y/N could play the music as loud as they wanted without having to worry about disturbing anyone.

The brothers had quickly learned this was their favorite spot and Y/N can be usually found here relaxing and listening to music. Sometimes they'd spend hours there just escaping and finding comfort in good music.  

Y/N laid on the wooden floor, arms cushioning their head and legs crossed as they listened to the lyrics. They've been playing the song on repeat.

That came out of his mouth phonetically

Y/N's heart clenched remembering how those female demons surrounded Asmo. Feeling him up and eating him with their eyes. They knew they could never be good enough for him. They weren't as beautiful as them. How could they even compete? They were just a lowly human.

When Y/N ran into Asmo he had been worried and asked them if they were feeling better. He told them they should have told him something. 

"I'm fine." They responded. "I didn't want to ruin your night. You were having a good time." 

Asmo stood silent as his amber eyes stared on. His expression fell blank and his eyes reflected sadness. "But Y/N-" He began only to be cut off.

"I'll see you later Asmo." They slightly smiled and walked away.

Asmo turned around and reached out. He stopped himself and slowly lowered his hand. Y/N's words repeating themselves in his head.

Lots of things. Y/N thought. 

It was their fault for falling in love in the first place. The longer they loved the more torturous it became. Y/N felt heat build up beneath their eyelids. 

How stupid can I be to think I even had a chance? Was he feeding me nothing but lies all this time? Am I just a toy he can play with one moment and then toss me aside the next? I wanted to get over my love for him and now here I am. Left with a broken heart for someone who wasn't even mine to begin with. Y/N thought angrily. 

It felt like they were his for a time, even if it was all wishful thinking.

Despite resisting, tears slowly traveled down the sides of Y/N's closed eyes. 

"I'm no good." Y/N proclaimed out loud.

"Excuse me?!" A high pitched voice yelled.

Y/N screamed and jumped when they were pulled up suddenly. Y/N's eyes snapped open and gasped when they saw it was Asmo whose amber eyes looked furious as he wore an offended expression.
