Part of me is missing

Chapter 5 - Found

"Cassie," Jesse said, "Cassie, I-"

"Save it," Cassie grumbled. Just as she said that a familiar calico cat rubbed up against her legs.

"Well speak of the devil," Jesse quipped.

Cassie wasn't paying attention to her. She was smiling for the first time in what must have been years. She picked up Winslow, scratching his chin. He purred loudly and Jesse smiled. She was happy that Cassie was happy.

Romeo, Harper, Ivor, Jack, Radar, and Xara fell into the world with two moons. Romeo immediately stood up and looked around. Xara brushed herself off and stood up. Harper pulled Ivor up and he got flustered, go figure. Radar and Jack got up the latest. Everyone looked at Romeo. He was now their guide.

"It should be..." Romeo began, taking a few steps into a worn-down strip of grass, "this way."

The group followed him. He was very focused and determined. They walked for almost three hours. Romeo looked around and stopped.

"I- I think this place might be somewhere we can't reach," Romeo mumbled. The group collectively groaned.

"Oh come on! We walk for three hours straight and that's when you finally realize that we can't get there?!" Petra yelled.

"Look, I'm sorry I just- I thought that someone like her wouldn't go through all this trouble to hide it! She's never been like this," Romeo replied.

"Yeah, but now she's working with Cassie. She's the most paranoid person you'll ever meet," Petra retorted. Romeo rolled his eyes.

As if she heard them, Cassie slinked out from the darkness. Romeo yelped when she pulled out her axe, making a shing sound. The group wielded their weapons. Romeo pulled out a similar axe to Cassie's and he glared at her.

"Ooh, feisty now, huh?" Cassie mocked.

"Shut up, Cassie Rose," Romeo growled.

"How do you-" Cassie sputtered, stepping back, "How do you know my full name?"

"You don't need to know that," Romeo snapped, charging at her. She yelped and hit his axe with hers.

Jesse ran in from behind her, splitting the two apart.

"Both of you, stop it!" She yelled.

"Jesse!?" Petra yelled. She took a step toward her friend when Romeo held her back. Petra backed up, confused.

"You're not the real Jesse. I know it," Romeo snapped.

"What? You're not making any sense," 'Jesse' snapped back.

"No, he's right. We can tell, you dirty admin," Harper growled. 'Jesse' scoffed.

"Fine then," She snarled. She switched back to her true form. The green-skinned and white-haired woman replaced the person who looked like their dear friend.

"She told me this wouldn't work, guess I should have listened," The admin growled, "Cassie, work your magic, dearie."

Cassie nodded and charged at the group. The admin disappeared in particles similar to an enderman. Petra defended the group from Cassie, pushing her back. Cassie ran back, knocking Petra down with her foot. She slid back on the balls of her feet. Cassie charged at Romeo. Jack tried to intervene, but Romeo pulled out an equally strong axe as Cassie's. He struck her axe and she pulled back in shock.

He kept on trying to hit Cassie and almost hit her side. Cassie managed to hit his axe out of his hands. It went flying and Romeo tried to grab it. The group was frozen in fear, unable to move.  Romeo reached out and just missed it by a hair. With this fatal mistake, it hit someone.
