i felt my chest feel like it's getting lifted up as the light slightly peaked through my eyes

i fluttered them a bit to see more clearly and soon realized i'm in the hospital
i have no idea what's going on

i sat in my hospital bed trying not to have a panic attack till a nurse came into my room

nurse: omg your awake!!! i'll be right back honey
i nodded slowly and very shortly a doctor came in

doctor: oh my goodness hi hon! i'm doctor Hanel, i can't believe your awake. let me explain

she explained the whole story while everything became more clear to me
mattia cheated on me...

while she spoke a few tears dropped from my eyes

doctor hanel: what's wrong!?
y/n: oh it's nothing
i wiped my tears
y/n: just glad to be here!
i put on a fake smile and she smiled and walked away

leaving me in my thoughts

i can't believe i was in a coma for weeks and the whole group stayed in LA with me
they missed hella school too

they're coming to see me in like an hour and i have to stay in the hospital one more night then i can leave, then we're staying in the hotel one more night before going home

i'm just gonna sleep with des cause i'm not sharing a room with mattia obviously lmao

anyways the nurse came and brought me brunch (i woke up in between lunch and breakfast so she just gave me brunch)

i only ate a bit of it cause rn eating makes me gag from not eating real food in so long

30 mins later

the nurse helped me get up and brush my hair and teeth then i got dressed out of my hospital gown and into a pair of nike grey sweatpants and a black crop top that des dropped off for me for when i woke up

i felt a lot better already just by getting ready for the day

20 mins later

the nurse came in telling me that the group is here
i was really nervous tbh, not just to see mattia but the group in general

i smiled at her letting her know they can come in and kairi and des ran in first, followed by alvaro and alejandro

i smiled huge at them as they all came around hugging me and telling me everything they could think of

kairi: thank fucking god ur awake i couldn't take it anymore
des: you shoulda seen him this morning when we got the call
she said laughing

i laughed and enjoyed my time but also looking around waiting for mattia to come in
did he not come?

they were walking out but i pulled kairi aside rly quick

kairi: he didn't wanna come today, he's coming tmrw morning alone though. idk why

i nodded at him and he ran to the group
i layed back down and sunk into my thoughts
i really don't wanna face mattia right now but i know i have to eventually, might as well get it over with

i sighed and went on my phone for a bit

i got a call while i was scrolling on tiktok so i looked at the name
mattia
oh shit

i put the phone at the ceiling to not show my face and answered it

he showed his face and he looked really sad

i said quietly
he cleared his throat a bit before speaking

mattia: um hey, sorry for not coming to see you today

the door opened and the group came in

i hung up and smiled at them

he said pulling a chair over

he nodded and opened the mcdonald's bag

i got a mcchicken, 4 piece nugget and fries
with a diet coke ofc🥰

we started eating and i couldn't stop thinking about tomorrow
we can talk some things out
