Y/n's POV
I walked to school and saw my best friend george already getting stuff in his locker
I walked up to him and tap his shoulder
"George?" I said as he turns at me
"Y/n you're here" George replied as he hugged me, I hugged him back
"So what's the schedule for today?" George asked
"Well our first class today is English,then after that we have maths and after that we have chemistry" I replied while getting the books from my locker
"Damn that's a lot" He replied
"Yea I know, not to mention the school is freezing today because the temperature thing is broken" I said as I closed my locker, Locking it in the process. I shivered as the cold wind passes through the hallway
"You ok?" George asked
"Yea it's fine" I replied
"You sure? it looks like you're freezing right now"
"it's fine I promise" I replied
"no no it's not, here" George said as he gave me his sweater, I wore George's sweater as I looked at him
"Thanks I guess" I replied
"no problem at least you're not freezing now" he replied
"anyway what time is it?" George asked
"It's- shit-" I replied, as I looked at the watch that was covered by the sleeves of George's sweater
"What?" he said
"We're late!" I replied as I started running to the classroom
"Holy shit wait for me!" he replied as he runs with me to the classroom
We walked inside the classroom to see that the teacher wasn't here yet
we sighed as we walked to our seats putting our books on the table
The teacher walked in the classroom.
we greeted him
"Good morning class there is a new student here today. Heather can you introduce yourself to them" He said
"sure" Heather replied going to the front of the class
"Hi guys I'm Heather I like to read books I hope we can all be friends" Heather said
"Heather you can sit next to George" The teacher replied
I saw George looking at Heather with those love eyes as Heather walks to the seat next to George
I feel sad and angry all of the sudden
am I jealous of them
of course not
they are just friends right?
I hope they are just friends
I never thought I would just get jealous over some stupid girl who is George's seatmate
The teacher continues teaching as I looked at Heather and George
they were laughing...
it's fine it's fine don't worry y/n. that doesn't mean a thing to you. don't let your emotions go too far
