It's been a few months since you have the hanahaki disease Dream didn't know your feelings for him
Dear diary,
I had a great life for once I was happy happy with him...
he will never know but if he finds this

You wrote on your diary while slowly dying from the disease
You get the phone and called him
"The one who you love the most"
"Dream"
"Yes?"
"I love you"
"Sorry Y/n I don't like you back..."
"Oh well I got to go now see you later I guess..."
"Wait don't please!"
You hung up the call.
Y/n sits down on the balcony while waiting for her own demise
"I love you Dream... I still love you such a shame that it hurts it's making me die... "
