these past few days with johnny have been amazing. we have confessed that we both still love each other. i have been trying to ignore jaden who has been texting me everyday since the party to meet up with me. i finally caved in as i know how it feels to not get the chance to speak up and apologise for your mistake. i mean i have been wrong at points in my life as well. i mean i am human.
he texted me to meet up at starbucks at 11. my everyday routine. currently i was getting ready and combing my hair while jamming to everybody wants you.

while i was singing in the mirror and using my hairbrush as a mic when i saw johnny smiling and staring at me from his window. god he looked so cute ugh i love that guy! i don't even wanna go to jaden now!! i just wanna hang out with the love of my life!! remember emily. one meet and then you will never have to meet him again! just remember that.
we started singing in sync and it was just like in the movies. i invited him over as we started singing what if? yes what if? i remembered every lyric. even the one where kenzie and johnny kissed four years ago. that time i was trying to control my tears of hurt but this time i am letting my tears flood. my tears of happiness. i am not officially with the person i love but atleast we know we love each other. i checked my watch and said i needed to go out to meet a friend. he understood, kissed my cheek and left. i quickly grabbed my bag and check the time. it was 11am. oop i am late. i will reach in another five minutes tho.
i got into my car and drove there. i saw jaden there sitting at a table so i head there slowly pacing. i sat on the table whispering hi to him. he was shocked. he spoke
❝ hi! um i didn't expect to see you here. i thought you would have bailed on me.❞
❝ cmon i'm not that bad. haha. so what'd u wanna talk to me about?❞
❝ um, i'm extremely sorry for what i did emily. you don't deserve it. you are amazing and we have been friends since more than three years even though we just facetimed. we connected instantly. i remember the exact day that i fell in love with you. it was december 3rd, sway was doing a karaoke in the pool and you were in your swimsuit with a toy mic and your phone on a tri-pod stand. god you were tring to fix your tripod stand that way that it doesn't fall and your phone doesn't dive into the pool. we have so many happy memories together and i wannna have many more together. i love you emily and i am so sorry for everything i did to you. please give me one more chance? ❞

they both hug. what emily does not know is that jaden made it seem like to hollywood fix that they were kissing where in reality she was just hugging him.
emily said her goodbye and left without being caught by fletcher. little did she know, fletcher caught the "kiss" on camera.
emily reached home with johnny, lauren, nick and maddie with a angry face whereas john looked hurt. emily was completely clueless of why they had all gathered to the memily mansion. what did she do wrong?

johnny stood up from the couch with a specific youtube video in hand and showed it to me. as soon as i saw the title and the cover picture i got so angry. i immediately spoke and said
❝ john it is not what it looks like. it was just a hug. i went there as he wanted to talk. he apologised for everything he has done and he said that he will wait for me. trust me. that was a hug, i was not kissing him. it was a mistake to trust him. it was a mistake to go there in the first place. it was just a MISTAKE. please forgive me john. i love you and only you.❞

so jemily (john and emily) are goals. god how much i love them but this will not be the end. i will not end this story just yet. i have a few ideas planned for this book. i started writing this so long and and i edited this chapter on 2/4/21 it's currently 12:13am in my country so yea i can say that.
