It was a summer morning. Wuxie was getting ready to go out.

Our little Wuxie is now 20 years old. Currently doing his degree at a well-known university. No need to say he is an elite student there. Now it's the summer vacation. Wuxie's initial plan was to stay at the dorm since he had to finish the project they had to be submitted on reopening. But yesterday he got a call from his uncle asking him to reach home today itself. Wuxie woke up early and did all the packing and now he is in front of the mirror setting his hair.

"Why this much luggage? I thought you will come back soon after finishing up things there."

It was the wuxie's roommate plus classmate, High Shao.

"I'm not sure. That's why."

"Then project? What are you gonna do about it? Why can't you just refuse to go this time?"

"I know why you insist me to stay. You have to do your project all by yourself. Don't expect me to help. And about mine. You don't need to worry."

"How cold. Cutting down your friend like that."

"Enough... I gotta go or ill miss the train. See you, hopefully before vacation ends."

"Wuxie.... Don't go. How will I survive without you?"

"Cut it out. You can call me whenever you have any doubts. Happy now?"

"Yess. You are my dear friend. Be careful on your way. See you soon. Bye"

"Bye."

Wuxie set out to his hometown. Enjoying the train journey, breathing through the cold breeze which eased the summer hot he reached the destination. It was already night when he arrived. He stood at the entrance and took his phone out from the left pocket of his jeans. He dialed his uncle's number.

"Hello... San shu. I'm at the gate. Where are you?"

"Oh. Wuxie. I may not be able to come. You do one thing. Take a taxi and come to my place."

"What? San shu it's nighttime. And I came to your place only once. That too was years ago. I'm not familiar."

"You're not a child anymore. What's there to be afraid of. Im hanging up. You just come."

"Eh! San shu... San Shuu...."

Wuxie kicked the stone lying next to him in anger. He didn't expect his uncle would abandon him here on this night. Wuxie had no other option. He looked around. It wasn't that late but still, this station had a very less crowd. He saw a taxi parked at the far end of the road he was standing. He picked up his two bags: one was a backpack and another with a trolley bag and walked aiming the taxi. He let the taxi driver know the address of his uncle. The taxi driver was sitting in the car and just nodded. Wuxie dragged the bag on his own to put it in the trunk. But it wouldn't open.

"Brother... can you open the trunk."

"It won't. Just take it with you inside."

"Huh!? Uh okay."

Wuxie was already feeling strange the moment he stepped here into the town. Now the taxi driver was also giving him chills.
He hopped in the car with the two heavy bags.

"Okay. Let's go."

"I know."

"???"

Wuxie is not a quiet person at all. Even if he is all mature and grown-up now, the curiosity that was with him from a very young age never died. If it was a normal situation wuxie may have eaten the driver's ears. But now he thought it's better to seal his lips and behave.
