Two maids came into the room and asked me to get into the bath. I went into the bathroom and they followed me.
"We are going to help you miss." I started to protest but I didn't want to get in trouble with the King. I got undressed and stepped into the bathtub. The maids began washing my hair and cleaning my nails. They were going to move onto other parts of my body but I quickly stopped them.
"I can do the rest."
"But miss we-"
"I want to wash myself and if the King wants to fire you over that then I will explain it to him myself." They nodded and one of the maids left a robe for me before leaving the room.
