'Trouble in the Factory : Part 1'

Start from the beginning

We knew Genjiro enough that when he was pissed off at someone and wanted them dead, he wouldn't outright kill them, but rather, he'd beat them to death, and he'd make it slow and excruciating.

"Genjiro, that's enough!" Arthur shouted as we made it over to him, going full body with me as I tried to pry my brother off of the man and my slime-green brother wrenched the bastard away. "Get out of here, you hear that well enough!? Go on, get out!" He shouted as he pushed the man towards the door.

So much for my brother keeping himself calm.

As I puffed the cigarette in my mouth, looking out the window, I observed the chaos that was happening below and just outside my office. All this shit happening right after Izuku's funeral, could you believe it? Then again, I really had no say in it, since I had a part to play in killing those two Italians.

Trying to brush it off, I merely began humming to myself a nice little rhythm whilst thinking of the woman who has been causing me no end of trouble in this factory.

I won't go into the details about how mom managed to secure herself and our family the position of literally owning a city, but long story short, she managed to get her hands on a very, VERY valuable document.

That one document was able to secure our family's place at the very top, and as a result, we owned the entire city of Kamino. Maybe that's why the city is as much of a shit hole as it is now.

I pondered on just how quickly our business has grown exponentially over the past few weeks and how successful we've become as I waited for the union convenor to come into the office. From what mom said, the wirecutters here are women and that they're being underpaid.

I couldn't wait to hear the bullshit excuse she was going to come up with. "We've got it on very good authority, and the Bolsheviks couldn't organise a fucking picnic." I said to myself, repeating the words I stated the day before as we went over who killed my oldest brother.

Speaking of my psychotic brother Izuku, I've resorted to remembering him in a rather peculiar manner. I started running things like he would. A straight mind, a sharp tongue, and a zero fucks given attitude. Whenever it came to annoying shit like this, that was how he handled it.

I used to scold him a lot for it, but now that I'm actually trying it out myself...Well, there's just no stopping it. It was just so exhilarating to me.

Not only was it pretty fun to me, but it also served as a way to help me remember my brother as he usually acted like this. So, I figured that this was how I'd act from now on when I'm on business. Before I could think any further, I heard the door open.

I turned my head to see the woman being escorted inside with two men in black and white uniform as my assistant Mr Devlin let them in. I assumed that they were her bodyguards, not that I'd blame her for bringing them along, but I couldn't help but pity her because of how weak the two men are compared to me.

"So, you said that there was a disparity based on sex?" I asked her with a raised eyebrow as I took the cigarette out of my mouth.

She took a quick glance at me over her shoulder as she took off her cardigan and put it on the coat hanger by the door, her bodyguards still behind her. Once her coat was on the hanger as well, she walked towards me with a bag in her hand. "Ms Ada Midoriya. I understand that you've recently had a bereavement."

I raised my hand up to silence her about the turmoil our family was going through, I wasn't fond of discussing these matters whilst working. "No need to keep yourself back like that, I'm here to talk business and I'm always blunt when talking business, so you can be straight forward as well."
