The ring was a present from Lucius after she completed her first kill. The locket was requested to be her second Horcrux by her father and the dagger was a part of her mother's collection, it soon became her own. She wears the necklace at all times. The locket remains in a locked box, hidden within her jewelry and the dagger stays in her sock drawer. No one knows of her Horcruxes except her, her mother, her father, and Lucius.
