As soon as we got to the hospital Dally carried me out of the car and made his way inside with me in his arms. The gang was right there behind us.
I was practically already in labor.
"Nurse!" Pony yelled out
Unsurprisingly Dally was pushing everyone out of the way and Johnny was having to apologize to everyone. Sadly an old man made the mistake to get in Dally's way.
"Move bitch!" Dallas shoved the poor man so far away.
"Dallas!" I scolded
"Sorry doll"
"Is everything alright?" A nurse asked
"Nah man I think she's in labor" Dallas explained
"Oh goodness! Follow me!"
In a matter of minutes I was dressed in a gown and in a hospital bed,squeezing Dal's hand.
"Come on doll you can do it." Dallas said holding my hand
"D-Dallas! I-it hurts!" I cried
"I know princess I know"
"Alright we're almost there. Keep pushing" the doctor instructed me.
After a few more pushes...the baby was here. I heard crying and I was completely out of breath.
"L-let me hold it."
The nurse handed the baby to me
"It's a boy. Look Dal it's a baby boy." I was over the moon happy
"It sure is" Dally looked at our baby with so much love. I've never seen Dal look at anything that way.
"He's gorgeous. He looks just like you Dal" I told him and Dallas chuckled
"You can't be in here!" We heard a nurse say and soon enough the gang pushed through her and came in the small room.
"Well I'll be..." Darry said in shock looking at me holding my baby
"What?" Pony asked then he looked at me "Oh"
"Wow" Two-Bit let out
"Gee he looks just like you,Dal" Soda started and everyone agreed
"What are you gunna name it?" Johnny asked
I looked over at Dallas and he looked at me two. We both thought for a second then I came up with a name
"River. His name is River Winston" I said
"I like that Doll. Sounds almost as tuff as Dallas"
