People started leaving. You, Mikasa and Armin, looked back. To see the people leaving in a blink of an eye, Including Annie. Jean screamed in distress. Roughly, fifteen people remain.

"May I ask you, if you were ordered to die, could you?
"We don't want to die, sir!" Someone said from the crowd.

"Of course, let's hope that won't happen. The ones who stayed, allow me to welcome you to the Scouting Regiment, this is a genuine salute together we give our hearts!

"SIR!"

"Everyone.." Armin said. You looked at him to see an expression you've never seen before.

"Those who stayed fought against your fear, you've proved yourself noble. Each one of you has my respect."

The new members of the Scouts were moved to Headquarters.

(Y\N), Armin and Mikasa got separate rooms since they were special to Eren and can have useful information about him. It was still early in the night, it was around 10:00 pm. Mikasa had extra time she got a headstart and started on tomorrow's workout.

  (Y\N) was all done Getting settled in her new room, you wanted to see what Armin was up to, and to see if he finished" Dame, I wonder if Mikasa's trying to kick levis ass after hitting Eren."  You and Armin laugh.
"Hey, Armin may I ask you something?"
"S-sure, what is it?"
"During the graduation ceremony I noticed, you had an odd facial expression. It looked like somethings wrong. That's off-topic. Do you know what it was?"

Armin froze and walked up close to you and said, " I just don't want to lose you, because your s-special to me."
You gave him a confused expression, like theirs more to the story. Armin hugged (Y\N) tightly, " I'm being serious! I don't know where I'd be without you. You helped me throughout the day and just living, If somethings wrong, you always correct it for me. I meant what I said, it's the truth."
You started to tear up you hugged him back, "you too, and thanks." You felt Armin's heart beating like a drum, it was fast as a running Rabbit.

11:09 PM

They both talk on Armin's bed.
Laughing at each other's jokes and funny stories. To keep the sudden sadness away. They both were extremely exhausted they both fell asleep next to each other, It didn't seem to bother the two, you and Armin were close.

12:58 AM

"CARLA!! " (Y\N) woke up trembling and almost in tears
Armin was fast awake after hearing such a painful scream, " (Y\N)! What's the matter! Are you alright?"
You were still shaking and you looked at Armin. You did your best to explain what happened," The Titans that ate them and the Titan ate Carla! They were after me and Everyone was dead!" You were a shaking mess, and you started crying in fear. Armin softly held your shaking hands and said in a calm voice. " Hey, It's ok, we're alive. See?" He grabbed your hand and put it on his heartbeat so you knew he was there and alive.

He noticed you were still scared. "Now try following my breath, ok?"
He moved your hand to the center of his chest so you should get a better feel of his breathing rhythm.
(Y\N) struggled to keep a steady and controlled breath.
"(Y\N), watch me" Armin took a deep steady inhale and followed by a smooth exhale.  "Now you try, I'll count. Four, for in and seven, for out." After a while, you got the rhythm of his breathing and calmed down.

"See, it's ok," Armin said while rubbing circles on the back of your hands.

The two laid back down body's facing each other. Armin then felt (Y\N) arms wrapping around his upper torso (your head facing his neck). (Y\N) said in a tired voice

"Thank you."

"Anytime, (Y\N) ."

Armin notices you were comfortable in his arms. He softly put a hand on your head stroking your hair while humming. You fell asleep First, Armin rested his chin on your head, his eyelids felt heavy and started to fall on their own. Soon enough he was asleep right after he said,

"I love you, (Y\N)."
