The light above the door flashed green before it beeped. Director Michael S. Michaels stepped through the doors first. Following him close behind were a team of armed guards, they marched along surrounding Captain America who held his head high and his face stern. Beside him walked a man with his hands cuffed behind his back and looking to the floor with his hair covering his face, it was who they had been waiting for. It was The Winter Soldier.

The team of doctors in their white coats, smart shirts, holding their tablets, rose from their seats for Director Michaels. A woman in all black; black blouse, pencil skirt, heels and gloves, quickly switched off the projection from the middle of the table which had recapped the professionals before their patient's arrival. The room was large, open, but all very grey and consuming. The walls silver metal, the furniture more silver metal, and the window looked out onto the city of New York on a grey afternoon. She tucked in her chair behind her and cleared her throat before stepping toe to toe with the Director.

"Dr Johnson." He greeted with no warmth. He had no desire in the attempt to help The Winter Solider. He and Tony had that in common.

"Director Michaels," She greeted, returning the same amount of warmth. She leaned around him, "Mr Rogers, Mr Barnes." Dr Johnson smiled.

Steve nodded and smiled back. He remembered all the times he had witnessed Director Michaels and Dr Johnson clash over the years, he knew she loved to wind him up. Barnes peered up for a moment before returning his gaze to the floor.

Director Michaels looked to his watch, "I presume everything is ready."

"Of course."

"What is your plan of action?" He pushed.

Dr Johnson pursed her lips, "I would much prefer to discuss the programme with Mr Barnes himself, face to face. Personally, I would find it quite rude to be spoken about in the same room I am in as if I am not."

Director Michaels scoffed. "I want you to report back at the end of the day where will we discuss Barnes's future here."

"Yes sir." Dr Johnson nodded, her tone almost sarcastic. Steve pressed his lips to hold back a laugh.

The Director turned on his heels, "I leave the criminal in your.. capable hands." He headed towards the lift, he pointed his finger to instruct the guards to do the same.

"Excuse me," Dr Johnson stopped them. "In order for the programme to start, it is imperative that Mr Barnes not be restrained."

The Director was filled with silent rage at the fact he had forgotten something in a room full of people. A guard turned back around and uncuffed Barnes. As he was freed, he rolled his wrists around. Once the lift doors shut and the light turned red again, both Dr Johnson and Steve approached one another.

"Bailey," He smiled and embraced her.

"Steve, it has been so long. How are you?"

"I'm doing okay. Bucky, this is Dr Bailey Josephine Johnson. The best psychiatrist in the country. There's nothing she doesn't know about it or about me in fact."

Barnes looked up from beneath his dark hair again.

"It is nice to meet you Mr Barnes. Yes I am a psychiatrist and have worked with Steve and the Avengers for years now, I know him almost too well. However, I would not say I am best in the country." Bailey explained.

The doctors behind her shuffled uneasily. She stepped to the side to unblock their view of their new patient, "This is the rest of the team, Dr Patsy Lewis, Dr Charles Thomas, Dr Alan Armstrong, and Dr Joseph Jennings. All these names I am sure you will forget in a minute but we will all be getting to know one another in the coming months."
