Personality: he has a very upbeat personality. He's very caring, kind and Cheerful and very passionate about music but also tends to loose focus a lot

Facts:
- he regrets running away from home and leaving on bad terms with his parents
-his parents didn't fully support him to be in a rock band and they got into an argument and that was the last time they saw him alive as he died later on afterwards due to food poisoning from street hot dogs
-a mutual enemy that he and the boys have us Caleb Covington( a suspicious evil musician) and Trever Wilson/Bobby( a former bandmate of theirs who stole his songs he wrote)

Personality:like Luke, he has a very upbeat personality. He's very bubbly, kind, supportive and caring friend. He can be a bit of an airhead or even a flirt at times as well and shows great concern when he realizes if he would still be able to see Luke and Alex once they cross over when they get done with their unfinished business

Facts:
- he seems to see Julie's Dad, Ray, as a like a father figure or likes to think of Julie's family as his new family
- not much is known about his family other than his parents were one fight away from a divorce. Their house was on the beach which now has been turned into a bike shack and it is implied the parents may have fought over about money
((Also to me in my opinion it seems as if his parents were neglectful and maybe that's why you can see he uses ray as like a father figure. Also if you look at Reggie closely a lot he seems to be a very confused bisexual honestly))

Personality:he's very kind-hearted and t he most level-headed of the group and often the voice of reason. He's the one most in-tune with his emotions and seen to struggle with Anxiety and get nervous a lot. He can also be very sarcastic and shown to show very snarky comments as way to show affection sometimes. He seems to also have a passion for dancing at times as well

Facts:
- his parents weren't very supportive of him because he came out as gay(which I'm pretty sure back in the 90s it wasn't to acceptable to come out as gay or bi or les or anything like that like it is now)
- he has a crush on Willie(another ghost who died by skating into traffic)

Nickname: Jules(by Flynn)

Occupation:high school student, Singer/Musician/Composer for Julie and The Phantoms

Personality:  is headstrong, determined, loyal, caring and has a wonderful voice. She isn't afraid to stand up for herself or speak her mind when she is annoyed. She also looked up to her mom a lot

Facts:
- her former best friend now enemy is Carrie Wilson
- she doesn't know Caleb but knows what he did to the three boys so Caleb Covington is an enemy towards her and the boys(even willie)
- at first she didn't know about singing or doing music after her mom died and hadn't taken it too well until she met the three boys who have since then, helped her get through it and now the four are a group called Julie and the phantoms(named by Flynn I believe)
- her crush is on Luke, she formerly had a crush on a guy named nick
((I'm telling you her mom has to be the girl Rose from the beginning of the first episode. It's honestly obvious it is))

Occupation: High School Student, DJ

Personality: is grounded, loyal, and a very assertive person, who values honesty and her friendship with Julie. She's fully supportive of Julie and helped her after her mom died and even helped her when Julie showed that the boys were actually ghosts and not holograms. Like Julie, she isn't afraid to speak her mind or stand up for herself

Name:Carrie Wilson
Age:15/16(probably)
Occupation: High school Student, Singer(for Dirty Candy Crew)

Personality:she comes off as a mean-spirited girl especially towards Julie and Flynn. She's a very self proclaimed hard worker  and is ambitious. She gets jealous easily when Julie and her "hologram" band get more popularity than her.

Facts:
- she used to be best friends with Julie
- Her father is Trevor Wilson(or Bobby) who was formerly in Sunset Curve
- her mother is unnamed and unknown
((I honestly believe she may be mean because I feel as if her mom and dad got a divorce so her mom left her and then Julie's mom died and stuff. So I feel like something may have happened between her father and mother or maybe even her and her mother for her to become now enemies with Julie and Flynn))
