Benson and Dave spot this after saving Mandu and suggest that everyone runs, once they reach the gate from earlier Chaos Mulholland explodes into a dome of steam and smoke, upon seeing this Kipo's eyes widen and she immediately tries to go find Y/N but is held back by Wolf, Benson, and Mandu but then suddenly a figure walks out of the steam with a tint of red... and then out steps... an exhausted Y/N who immediately falls to their knees and is then brought into a very tight hug by a very happy Kipo "Are you OK?" Y/N looks up at her "I've been better. Did I worry ya?" Kipo hugs tighter and gives a small kiss to their cheek "You could say that" Y/N smirks at Kipo before she asks"So... is it over?" and as if on cue Mulholland rises once more and realizes "Are you all happier to be here, instead of the perfect worlds I created for you?" Everyone nods

Mulholland is bewildered and thinks about his life for a second, and then decides to do some soul searching

After all that, the group sit in a camp fire in a sad and somewhat awkward silence until Wolf speaks up "Kipo, I need to tell you something." Kipo looks at her "Is it about finding my dad? I thought I heard you say something about that in my dream" Y/N then takes this moment to speak and take something out of their pocket "Oh so that's what this little envelope was for" Wolf's eyes widen but Y/N continues "Surprised huh Wolf? I took it off of you when I brought you out of the steam. I was wondering why Mandu was trying to attack you and here's the answer." They then hand it to Kipo who reads it immediately finding out about the backup burrow and that they were going in the wrong direction(s) Y/N pipes back up "So Jolene, here we all thought Kipo was losing it, no offense Kipo" "It's cool" she says waving off the comment then Y/N continues "In reality it was you who wasted our time, nearly got us all killed, and went back on the promise you made to Kipo. Which if I'm not mistaken was to help her get home. What are the odds?"

Kipo looks to Wolf "You knew?"
Wolf:Kipo, I'm so sorry
Kipo isn't having this and gets up with hurt and anger written all over her face "My dad left me a note, and you hid it from me!"
Wolf:I'm sorry I-
Kipo:How could you?
Wolf then does something that NO one would expect, she breaks down into tears "I WAS AFRAID OF LOSING YOU!" She then stands up and continues "I was afraid because when you go back underground that would be it! All this, us, would be over!" She turns to the wall "We'll go our... our separate ways"

This shocks everyone even Y/N who starts to chuckle gaining everyone's attention, those chuckles then turn into pure laughter "Is that it? You afraid that after this whole thing was all said and done that that would be it? When Kipo tried to get you to join the burrow, when you could easily just not go somewhere else afterwards? Benson and Dave accept that offer with open arms. They love the idea of burrow life, but instead of thinking about what that would be like yourself, you go behind Kipo's back and try to keep her on the surface longer, which in turn risks her life, and could most definitely get her killed like we all almost were today, and your saying your afraid of losing her? Do you know how stupid that sounds?" Wolf is about to reply but Y/N interrupts "Nah don't speak, I don't wanna hear it, I don't wanna hear that "I don't do well with people" bullshit because I know that's what your gonna use! How about you try something called facing your fears, as in grow a spine and face you fear of people!" Wolf wants to argue but knows she can't, she just looks at the ground and is then brought into a hug by Kipo and cries into the pink teens shoulders

Dave:Oh I remember now the Parts Etc store! You should've seen-
Before he could continue a kunai was thrown at his head and then old Dave spawns out of his stomach
Benson:Was that really necess-
Y/N puts a finger to his mouth shushing him

Soon after Benson, Dave, Mandu, and Wolf are all asleep Y/N is keeping watch and Kipo is thinking about today's events until she goes up to Y/N "You OK?" she asks as Y/N turns around "I'm fine. I should be asking you that if anything given the circumstances" Kipo shakes her head "I'm OK... mostly" "Yeah not gonna lie it took everything I had not to punch Wolf for that" Y/N said in irritation "I nearly did too honestly" Kipo said shocking Y/N "You nearly punched her? That has to be a joke" Kipo shakes her head again "I was really hurt and angry... You also might have influenced me a bit" Y/N chuckles "Yeah I guess that's what you get for being around me for so long, not sure why you insisted on it in the first place" Kipo sits with them and grabs their face "Probably because you said you would help... and because I like being around you" Y/N looks to see if the others are asleep, (they are) they then grab Kipo's shoulders and throw their lips onto hers and she melts into it (stop it) they peel away after ten seconds and stare into each other's eyes in silence that Y/N breaks "You feeling better now?" Kipo nods and lays on their chest "Y/N?" "Yeah?" "I love you" Y/N didn't expect this but hugs and smiles at her "I love you too Kipo"

And with that we end this chapter, yeah this Kipo is influenced by you and so gets channels her inner fighter a littler earlier
