On The Run - A Miraculous Fan Fiction

Chapter two

Adrien's P.O.V:

I look over at Mari and can see her tearing up, I then move closer to her and look up at the class.

"What have we done to make everyone so upset?!", I basically shouted, barely calming myself down, still very close to Marinette making sure not to let go.

"Don't act so innocent!" I heard Rose shout, my eyes widened, the sweet Rose just shouted at us for no reason.

"Adrien and Marinette, in my office!" we hard Mr. Damocles said in a stern voice who then started heading towards his office.

In his office were Marinette's parents, Natalie and my father waiting for us. We walked in and Lila, Alya and Nino were right behind us. I grabbed onto Marinette's hand and held it tightly and whispered in her ear. "It's us against the world M'lady!", and we both took a seat.

"Is everything okay?", Marinette's parents asked with a worried tone.

"I am afraid not...", Mr. Damocles replied with a disappointing tone.

Nobody's P.O.V:

"Now if you would all just look at the screen for me please", he said while he turned on the television in the room and played a video.

The video was of Marinette and Adrien meeting with Hawkmoth to discuss how they will get the Miraculous. In the end it showed Ladybug and Chat Noir going towards them, Marinette then punched Ladybug and Adrien punched Chat Noir.

For a second the room was filled with silence until it was broken by Marinette's parents.

"I am sure that there is a reasonable explanation!"Marinette's parents said, trying to process what they have just heard.

"Adrien would never do something like that!", Gabriel said, trying to keep his tone professional.

"I am sorry but we have evidence that proves you otherwise Mr. Agreste! Adrien and Marinette, you are now expelled from this school", Mr. Damocles said while pointing to the door. "You may now leave!", were the last words he told them.

Feeling defeated, both teenagers got up from their seats and started making their way towards the door, but before they could leave, they took one look at Lila and knew this was just the beginning of their journey.

When Marinette got home, she was sent up to her room where Tikki came flying out of her purse.

"Oh Marinette...", the kwami said while hugging Mari's cheek.

Suddenly Marinette's phone buzzed, she picked it up and saw a text from Alya. It read "I hope you are happy with yourself and with what you have done! I just wanted to tell you I called the police and they are going to get you and Adrien arrested. I hope you rot in there and never get out!", suddenly this feeling took over Marinette and she knew exactly what she had to do. She picked up her phone once again and called Adrien who was also in his room.
