TW (kind of) Breathing difficulties. Mentions of hurting someone

Sapnap POV :

After finding out dream and George were officially dating and living together Sapnap collapsed, barely being able to breathe gasping for the slightest oxygen to reach his lungs and help him become stable again. Eventually after about 20-30 minutes of struggling for air he calmed down his breathe was heavy but slowly becoming more calm and flowing at a steady pace. Tear stained cheeks blending in with the read puffy eyes. Anyone within about 10 meters would be able to notice he had been crying.

After laying down on the cold , wooden floor for about 1 and a 1/2 hours he decided to get up and take a cold shower , cold showers help coping with these sorts of things as they have happened in the past , quite a few times so Sapnap knew exactly what to do after experiencing these traumatising moments .
*Sapnap enters the bathroom*
.Turning the knob to the shower making sure it's at the coldest temperature.
After removing his clothes he took a step into the shower . The cold water hitting his baby soft skin , soothing him from what just happened , almost helping him forget that Dream and George were together . But the thought of it makes sapnap sick .

Sapnap could be difficult sometimes with his feelings and actions toward situations like this .

All sapnap could think about was hurting dream . Dream was the only one who knew that he liked George. But what does he do , goes behind sapnaps back and gets with George .

Suddenly . Sapnap . Wanted . Revenge .

He wanted dream to hurt .

To suffer .

To watch his beloved get taken away from him .

He closed his eyes in anger , confusion and pain .
Why was he feeling like this ?
Why did he want to hurt his best friend ?
He's confused . He wants George but He wants Karl , Karl was his best friend that he had fallen for in 7th grade
*flashback*
"Sapnap , Karl is here" his mum calls from the top bottom of the stairs
Sapnap jumped down the stairs and ran out the door not before saying goodbye and a love you to his mum .
He closes the door to be greeted by his best friend Karl .
"Sapnappyyyyyy" Karl says bringing sapnap into a hug
"Hey Froggyyyyyyy" sapnap sarcastically says to him knowing that nickname annoys him , hugging him back . Sapnap seems to notice Karl blushed at the nickname today which was weird because he's never done that before .
He found Karl adorable . That's when it hit him .
He is In love with his best friend and has been for a while but was just questioning it.
*flashback over*

Sapnap knew that if Karl was brought into this he would be forced to stop out of instinct. And out of love .
Does this mean he's going through with his revenge ?

What's his plan ?
