Similar to F4F, all you have to do it add someone's book to your library and they'll do the same for you:

Make sure you mention whether you want them to add your story in there public reading list and/or private library, too.
Note: Since I haven't seen many ppl do this for some reason, should I call it Add for Add (A4A) or Bookmark for Bookmark (B4B). Or should I completely scrap the idea?
