Pretending to be strong is so exhausting. Acting like you're okay is draining. Putting up a front is tiring for your mind. Making it seem like nothing affects you is a lot of work, and for what? Temporary happiness. Keeping everything bottled up and shutting people out uses up a lot of energy.

I know how you feel. I know you. I know you're in pain, I can feel it myself. I can see through you. I'm here to tell you it's alright. It's okay to let it all out sometimes. Stress and anxiety breeds within you. It's alright to be vulnerable, it's alright to be hurt. If you have to cry, then cry. You don't have to try to be invincible. You don't have to try to mask how sad you are because at the end of the day, I still care for you. Your family cares for you. Not everybody will care for you but that's fine, you don't want that.

Quality over quantity.

Don't cover the pain you're feeling. Don't forget that you're only human, okay? It's completely normal to feel all types of ways. Don't lie to yourself and push yourself into denial where you'll regret choices that are wrong for your health. Ignoring what's wrong will not make it go away. Avoiding it will not make it go away.. You need to learn how to deal with the problem and crush it. Do not put everything on your shoulders so you can sink slowly. You need closure. Don't be afraid to let it all out when needed, you'll lose yourself and you are not going to like the outcome.

You're stronger than you realize and I can only hope that this makes you feel a little better because deep down, I know. I've been where you're at. You're too intelligent and beautiful to let yourself go so early. You still have a life to live and goals to complete. I believe in you, as many others do.

You matter. Never forget.
