Part 20 ~ Lazy Sunday

"Says the girl who both said it's important, then proceed to nap."

"I'm weak." I shrugged again.

"Well.. enjoy." Fae motioned to the food.

"You could cook an actual rock and I'd eat it!" .. is what I think Bolin just said with a mouth full of noodles... I genuinely hope I'm wrong because a rock?!... I just tilted my head in confusion at the boy. Fae burst out laughing.

" Whelp... I guess a rock is the next thing on the menu then!" Fae shouted

"I mean.... You'd probably make it taste good." Korra laughed as she pointed her chopsticks at him..

"I don't know how you guys would actually be able to eat it, if you just want taste you'd just be sucking on it." he looked at the two of them.. It was my turn to just start laughing, nearly choking..

"Next time someone pisses me off I'm gonna tell them to suck a rock!" I screamed trying not to die on noodles.

Bolin looked at me as he gasped "THAT'S MY NEW PROBENDING CATCHPHRASE! NEXT MATCH I AM TELLING SOMEONE TO SUCK A ROCK!" I screamed with laughter.

"What have I done...?" Fae looked so done with all of us.. He just pinched the bridge of his nose.

Korra then picked up a carrot and threw it at him. "Suck a rock!" Ma'am that is a carrot!!!

"You better watch who you threaten or you won't get anymore noodles" Fae side eyed Korra... Ignoring the carrot.. She whined and held her bowl closer to her..

".... that was a carrot~" I just looked at the carrot on the table... "Water, Carrots, Fire, Air,... The avatar is the master of all four elements." I just whispered as I looked at the carrot on the table.

"I'm never cooking for you people again" Fae, completely done with our shit.. Went to the kitchen... Both Bolin and Korra started whining. I just fell over to fully lay on the floor as I laughed... Carrot benders~

"Come back~ Don't leave me with the Carrot Benders!~" I called to him, reaching out from the floor. ... Before getting hit with a carrot... I looked up at the two sitting at the table.. Both of them were trying not to laugh while also trying to act innocent.. "Who threw that?!"

The sound of rushing water and then a loud bang came from the kitchen... Followed by a yell from Fae. "Oh no all the Noodles!"

"WHAT?!" Korra and Bolin jumped up and practically ran to the kitchen. I could see them standing in front of the kitchen from where I was laying... Only to be blasted in the face with water.. PFFFT.

"What was the point of that?!" Korra yelled as she waterbended the water off of her.. Hitting Bolin.. Who just looked confused..

"So ...the noodles are okay?!" He asked.,. Not even caring about the fact he was soaked.

"You deserved it. Bolin was just an added Bonus, and the noodles are fine." Fae said as he Presumably because I refused to leave this spot on the floor, Bended the water off of Bolin and Presumably into the sink. I rolled my eyes as I went to lay with my stomach on the floor looking at the kitchen.

Bolin cheered and Korra glared at Fae.. I just started laughing again...

"Listen just because I can cook does not mean you can lounge with everyone and leave me by myself to cook for you. I am not a servant." Facts... I am also guilty..~

The two benders in front of him looked guiltily at him... Bolin then ran into the kitchen.. And I once again assume Fae was crushed into a hug "I'M SORRY!!!" I shook my head before going to stand up. Korra also ran into the kitchen..

"ME too!"

When I got to the kitchen entrance.... I saw Korra lifting Bolin.. Who was lifting Fae into a giant crushing hug... I... Okay...

"I'm also sorry.... But I can't lift you all.." I just said as I pointed to them.. Slightly concerned... "Want this carrot?" I offered the carrot that had been flung at him...

"A...All.. i..is f..forgiven i..if I L...Live..." He was being crushed.. Both parties involved seemed to ignore him... I shrugged before tossing the Carrot at Korra.. The base of the hug tree... She looked at me... before setting Bolin down... Who then set Bolin down... I knew he'd want the carrot... Fae sat down on the ground. I smiled at the scene before I realized Korra looked down at the Carrot.. Then up at me.. I'm just going to back out of the kitchen....

"Uh.. Korra... " She picked up the carrot and I dashed out of view. "No bending in the house and that includes Carrot bending!" I shouted before she chucked the carrot at me. I shrieked as it missed me.

"Please stop the carrot assault! I will make everyone tea and pastries!" I used my new found knowledge of Korra eerily similar to Bolin.. To my advantage.. Korra put the carrot on the table and crossed her arms as she thought...

"WE DIDN'T EVEN EAT DINNER!" Oh yeah... I turned my attention back to the table where our barely touched bowls sat... I looked back at Korra who also looked back to the food before turning back to me.

"Hmmm... what kind of pastries... "

"Whatever one will stop the carrot assault!" I was behind the couch looking at her.. She smiled and sent me a thumbs up.

"Deal!"

"I have a limited knowledge of pastry recipes though...."

At this point Bolin and Fae had come back into the main room and sat back on their spots on the couch.

Korra just shrugged.. "That's fine.." I stood up and started to walk over to her... still on guard... She laughed at how hesitant I was.. " I don't have any carrots, you're safe~" She held her hands up as I snuck around her back to my bowl... Causing her to laugh again before sitting back on the couch in front of hers.

I was going to lose my mind... But it was one hundred percent worth it.
