"Noooope.. For good dinners one must suffer... And that includes you." Fae had taken a deep breath... "They'll probably be too busy sucking each others face or something." I didn't think they were that bad
"Come on.. Mako and Asami are not that bad... For the most part they are cute... And~ She doesn't hate the eyebrows..." I rolled my eyes as we all stepped out of the shop and Fae had closed the door.
"That's the problem! Nobody likes the eyebrows if somebody does then there is a problem." I rolled my eyes.
"There is nothing wrong with Asami... okay.. Maybe her terrible taste in men.. BUT~ We can at least be happy Mako found someone..." I mumbled the last little bit.. I was half joking. Asami seemed really nice and she gets along with him well. I'll tease Mako about it for the rest of his life because that is my legal obligation...
"Woow her mind has completely changed, before she was up his ass because she ran him over." Fae pointed out my previous feelings about this situation
"Yes... but then I met her..... She seems really nice and gets along with him well and.."
"She's pretty~" Bolin pointed out the obvious fact... I rolled my eyes...
"That is NOT why I changed my mind...!" I groaned as I shoved him a bit to the side.
"It probably is though.." Fae poked fun at the situation..
"I am Appalled that you boys think that I would do a 180 based solely on the fact she is pretty!" I crossed my arms.
"So it is one of the contributing factors" Fae retorted back. I.. Excuse me?
"NO!.." I groaned as we kept walking.. "I genuinely think that they get along well together! Her being pretty has nothing to do with this!"
"I'm sure she is a very nice person, but being a third wheel is not fun." Oh.... okay,,
"..Oh.. That makes sense... Honestly I'm sure we won't run into them." I sighed...
"I hope so, I don't want to end up paying more than I have to in groceries." Fae sighed and I rolled my eyes..
"Remember how I told you to never bring Mako food shopping cause he wouldn't let you pay for it all.. That advice applies to me too." I remind him of the simple conversation we had. I'm not letting him pay for these..
"But it's my treat, so I have to pay for it... And he's also the person that yelled at me for cutting my finger when it wasn't my fault!" Irrelevant.. Groceries that are being cooked in my home.. So I must contribute.
"You cut your finger while cooking again?" Korra had piped up, previously quiet... Again...? Is that something he does regularly?
"It was Bolin's fault this time!" Fae then turned to Bolin. " He scared the hell out of me!"
"It wouldn't even matter if he did or didn't you would have done it anyway." Korra smirked at him... Oh it is something he does regularly..
"Why must you be against me..." Fae sighed, attention focused on the floor.
"Well then butterfingers.... The point still stands... If you are cooking in my home... I am paying for at least half of the groceries... " I crossed my arms and smirked at him..
"I could just cook at air temple Island and bring the food over to your place... Your point doesn't stand." He glared at me... I... That's not fair~
I huffed... glaring back at him...
" Don't look at me like that. I live at your house for free. Let me have this!"
