Part 20 ~ Lazy Sunday

"Oh.. Well I'm glad you're okay." I smiled at her before looking back at the desk. I noticed my now probably cold  tea before turning back to Korra. "Want to come upstairs for tea? I'm sure Fae and Bolin will be thrilled to see you." I offered her. She smiled and nodded before she scrunched her face up..

"Fae's gonna kill me.." She groaned..

"Probably... " I started before leading her through the curtains. She looked at the back of the shop and up the stairs as we walked. I opened the door into the upstairs apartment before noticing the boys chilling in the living room. Bolin was leaning against the couch.. He looked so peaceful and comfortable.. Revenge is fun... I laughed before shouting. "BOLIN!" It caused the earthbender to sit up in a hurry.

"(Y/N!)!" He looked at me as I walked in, followed by Korra... which Bolin noticed.. His shocked expression changed to a confused one. "Korra?" He asked.

"KORRA!" Fae shot up from the couch and ran over to his best friend. "Are you okay? What happened? Did he take your bending away?" He started spitting questions at her as he looked her over head to toe.

Korra once again held up her arms in defense. "I'm fine. Still can bend." She then held out a hand of fire.. Causing a sigh of relief from most of us...

"OOOOO she's bending in the house~" Bolin said in a tattle tale type voice.. Korra put out the fire and turned to me slightly confused.. I shrugged,

"One time I'll allow it... It's just good to know she's safe." I pointed out...

" I didn't know you had a rule against bending in the house?" Fae looked at me with his head tilted... He's basically bended in the house daily...

"It's a rule to keep the boys in check... Fire in a Highly flammable plant shop... not the best mix... as for earthbending... " I sighed and turned to Bolin... "I do not need to get the main foundation fixed again....."

Bolin let out a nervous chuckle as he blushed with a hand behind his head... "OOps..."

Korra put her arms around me and Fae's shoulders.. "So... Waterbenders rule then?" She laughed...

"Says the avatar who barely water bends" Fae mumbled. Looking away from Korra. I laughed and Korra just repeated what he said in a mocking tone.

"Speaking of waterbending..... Umm.. Are you back on the team,?:" Bolin asked hopeful for the tournament coming up..

Korra let Fae and I go as she stood straight. "Yeah.. I'm back. I quit Tarrlok's task force before coming here..." She gave us all a thumbs up.

"Oh thank the spirits... I don't have to practice with eyebrows anymore..." Fae sighed with the highest level of relief.

"Oh come on it wasn't that bad." Korra said to him. It was the training she has been doing with the boys for a while now.

"I was pretty much the back up for you... Mako almost killed me with the ball the very first day..." Fae said wide eyed. "Bolin pretty much beamed the ball back at him and knocked him on his ass for me."

Korra snorted and Bolin smiled widely, proud of what he did.

"Damn.. if beating up Mako is a part of your training... maybe I should come watch more often." I laughed..

"I invited you one time and you said no. And the very same day he got splashed with water again and had to go fix his eyebrows AGAIN." Fae said... damn,,

I groaned.. "But practices are so Early~. Sleep is important you know!"

"Clearly not you were sleeping in the shop when I found you." Bolin pointed out what happened this morning... "you were literally still in your clothes from yesterday... OH YOU STAYED UP ALL NIGHT!" He put the final pieces together... yay..
