Chapter 16

Ryujin's POV

After taking a shower I dried my hair and fixed my self

I was just about to leave to check on my son when there as a knock on the door

I opened the door

Only to see Yeji

"Why knock if you have the key"I said

"I....they need you at a near by police station"she said

Police station

What?

"Why?"I asked

"Apparently your husband was downstairs drunkly screaming your name and started beating up the staffs"she said

WHAT!?

"Are you fucking serious"I said

She sighed and nodded

I was about to grab my car keys when Yeji grabbed my hand

"I'll take you there"she offered

I sighed and just agreed

Yeji's POV

I parked the car infront of the police station

She quickly unbuckle her seatbelt and quickly went inside the police station

I followed her

"Ryujin"Soobin called out for her and quickly hugged her

I clenched my fist

Ryujin cleared her throat and lightly pushed Soobin away

"Does he face any charges?"Ryyjin asked the police officer

"No Maam but he did recieve a warnimg,if he do this again he might end up in jail"the police officer replied

Ryujin nodded

"Thank you officer"she said and dragged Soobin outside

I followed

"What are you doing with her"Soobin said and glared at me

"I should be asking why did you beat up the hotel staffs and why are you drunk again"Ryujin replied angrily

"Look hon I just really miss you-"

"Can I have a week with my family Soobin?Can I just please!just one week!Can I jsut have my happiness back even if its just a week!?"Ryujin said with her voice cracking

I toom a step forward but she signaled me to stop

I gulped

"Can you just let me be for a while Soobin?....I'll come home with Sungjin"Ryujin replied

"Im sor-"

"Soobin!"a unfamiliar girl said and started runnung towards us

She checked Soobin for any injuries

"Aish Ryujinah are you seriously scolding your husband right now?right after hearing he got into a fight?"the girl said

"He started the fight Arin,and Im not scolding him"Ryujin replied

"You should atleast care for him"the girl replied

"I do care If I dont even care about him would I be here right now?"Ryujin replied with her voice raising

I quickly grabbed her arm

"Hey thats enough no need to cause a scene..lets go"I calmly said

Ryujin glared at Arin

"Miss can tou take Soobin home?"I asked Arin

"No need to I have my car back at the hotel"Soobin replied angrily and walked off

Arin quickly followed him

"Who is she"I asked

"Soobin's secretary"Ryujin replied

"She clearly likes him"I said

"I dont care"Ryujin replied

"Then why cant you leave him"I said

"Because I dont want to"she replied

"By your actions you clearly want to leave him-"

"I cant Yeji...I just cant ok?....its for Sungjin's sake"she replied with tears in her eyes

"Ddaeng..."I said and held ger hand

"Your son clearly hates his father"I replied

She shook her head

"Its not about his relationship with Soobin"she replied

"Then what?,why do you keep saying its for his sake if its bot about his relationship with his father?"I replied

She started sobbing hard

I sighed and pulled her for a hug

"I'll wait....I'll wait until youre ready to tell me everything"I said

I'll wait until youre ready to choose me again....
