It was the right choice in the end seeing that they could face up to thirty years for everything that she did with her husband. Well, ex husband if she could get a divorce from him. What he said to her and her father was shocking and disgusting. And made her realize that she was blinded by whatever drew her into him in the first place. Plus he still thought that he could fight this when even a child knew that it was over for him.
"When I get out of here...I'll make things right with my son and daughter." Rita told herself. As she fell asleep, she never knew that fate had different plans for her after her jail sentence.
