AU: Dream is reincarnated as a blob after he died in Pandora's Vault

Sapnap stared blankly at the small white blob in front of him. It had a face that looked like it was drawn on with a marker, but the blinking the blob did back at him obviously said otherwise.

It definitely had a brain in there because it jumped towards Sapnap. Sapnap pet the small blob and chuckled as he heard the small creature purr in his hand, it seemed to have the consistency of clay. surely Quackity and Karl wouldn't mind his new little pet.

The small blob purred happily as Sapnap gently picked him up. the atmosphere was colder than usual but it was still warm, albeit the blob seemed to shiver from the colder atmosphere. drooping a small napkin on the blob, Sapnap made his way to his shared home.

Entering the small house for 3, Sapnap called out to Quackity and Karl. The two coming down somewhat slowly but not too slow. Sapnap placed the blob onto the counter as he prepared himself a snack and another to feed the blob.

'What's this, Sap?' Karl asked as he poked the small blob, the little thing squeaking angrily as Karl accidentally poked the pet's eye. 'I don't know, I just found him while I was walking home' Sapnap spoke as he slid the plate of toast towards the angry blob, the blob quickly turning his attention towards the piece of toast.

'What'd you name it?' Quackity asked, taking a bite of the sandwich Sapnap had prepared for himself. 'I didn't name it- HEY THAT'S MINE' Sapnap called out as he reached for the sandwich the flatty patty was holding, Quackity retaliating by pulling farther away from Sapnap.

'ITS MINE NOW, BITCH' Quackity yelled as he took off out of his seat. 'GET BACK HERE I'M TAKING THAT LAST CANON LIFE OF YOURS YOU LITTLE SHIT' Sapnap yelled back as he pulled out his axe and put on his armor.

Quackity let out a squeak before running faster. 'KARL, SAPNAP'S GONNA KILL ME!!' Quackity cried out. 'No he's not!' Karl yelled back with a yawn. he'd just woke up from a nap with his fiancé, no they did not have a round of baby making, Karl is on the ace spectrum, please— or maybe it was just me thinking that, either way, doesn't matter—

The blob happily munched on it's toast, oblivious to the chaos that was Sapnap and Quackity's quarrel. Karl watched as he made his own meal and two others for the quarreling meatheads.

The small blob waddles toward Karl as he watches the brunette cook. 'hm? hello, little clay thing' Karl grinned. The blob smiled back happily, letting out a happy squeak.

The two meatheads had seemed to stop quarreling and returned to the kitchen, Quackity wrapping his arms around Karl's waist as he buries his head in the older's neck.

'Ew, stop it, I feel single' Sapnap rolled his eyes playfully. Quackity chuckled into Karl's skin as Karl hummed. 'What do you plan on naming the blob, Sap?' Quackity asked loud enough for the arsonist to hear.

'hmm... I don't know, maybe Dream?' Sapnap responded with uncertainty. 'Nice name' Karl hummed. Sapnap had been pretty bummed ever since he heard the news that Dream unfortunately passed in Pandora's Vault, so this would probably help with coping.

and maybe, if there's a chance, it is Dream...
