Initiation

Jughead POV:

Today I'm meeting Veronica at pops for breakfast to discuss her initiation I'm surprised  she wants to be a serpent will she stay one after
Archies released from jail .
I don't know why I care so much I mean she's my friend but we're not close or anything .

Veronica POV:

It's 9 O clock on a Saturday morning I'm meeting jughead for breakfast at  pops at 10 ish
My dad doesn't know I'm going my plan is once I have my serpent jacket to walk in the Pembroke wearing it when in know his in .

Jughead POV:

It's 10:15 I've been here 20 minutes waiting for Veronica by the time I get my food she won't even be here .
I hear the bells of pops ring and turn around to see a slightly less classy slightly more edgy Veronica lodge.
She slides into the booth , just opposite of me and says "so jughead what do I have to do to became a serpent then".
"I asked Toni if you could go to Cheryl's  so she teach you the serpent dance"
"Serpent dance" she questions  .
"Yeah I'll drop you off there after we eat on my motorcycle" I say hesitantly .

Veronica POV:

I hop on the back of his motorcycle he hands me his helmet .
"What will you wear" I ask
"I'll be fine" he replies
I put the helmet on and wrap my arms around him .

We finally arrive at Cheryls
"Not so scary huh" he says smirking .
Are you kidding me it was terrifying?
I think but just  say " no not to bad "
Since when did I care what jughead thought .

(One week later)
It was finally the day of my initiation I was no nervous I couldn't believe I was about to pole dance in front of like 50 people .
It's 6 now I'm about to get a lift off of Betty who's gonna be there incase I run off stage or something .

Jughead POV:

It's the night of Veronicas initiation were hosting it in one of the garages at sunny side trailer park since we don't have the Whyte worm anymore . She starts dancing to mad world   being son by Toni in are own crappy DIY recoding studio . I don't know why but for the rest of the night I couldn't take my eyes off Veronica even though she had Archie and I had Betty .

Veronica POV:

The rest of the night I was dancing with Cheryl and Toni and I kept seeing jughead Jones of all people glancing over at me through the corner of my eye I ignored it though completely.
"I think he likes you" Cheryl said trying not fall over as she was drunk .
"Who" I ask although completely aware who she meant
"Jughead" she replied almost spilling her drink.
Toni rolled her eyes "I better get this one home" she says walking off .
