Recipe:
-1 pack Monterey Pork Teriyaki
-1/3 cup carrot strips
-1/3 cup leeks, julienned
-1 tsp sesame seeds
-5 pcs pita bread or pockets, halved
Processing:
Cook Monterey Pork Teriyaki according to package direction. Add carrot strips, leeks, and sesame seed during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Remove from heat and set aside. Stuff pita pockets with prepared mixture. Serves 5.
