I'm Back

~Chapter 2~

Izuku's POV:

( ' = thoughts)

I woke up with a pain in my neck. I opened my eyes, to see that it was still dark outside. I pulled out my phone to look at the time, 4:12 AM. I pull myself off the floor and stretch, hearing my joints pop from the awkward position I slept in. I walked over to my bathroom that was connected to my room, turning on the light. I looked in the mirror. 'Wow, I look like crap'. My eyes were red and puffy, probably from the crying, and my cheeks were stained from the tears. I wash my face, trying to make it look as if I wasn't crying all night. I looked back in the mirror and then all the memories from last night came flooding back. 'How am I gonna face him today?'

Then I remembered my dad telling me a few weeks ago that I could stay with him anytime because he wanted to see me more often. I thought about then started packing all my things, trying to be quiet as to not wake anyone up. Once I finish I look at the time again seeing it's 5:53. I decided to call my mom to see if she could pick me up, hoping she was awake.

Ring.......Ring........Ri-

"Izuku?" She sounded like she had just woken up. "H-hey mom. I know it's early, but could you pick me up?" I looked at my feet. "Of course baby, is there something wrong?" I sighed "I just....I need to talk to you about something." "Okay, I'll be there soon" She then ended the call.

I grab my boxes and my school bag, slinging it over my shoulder. As I was about to leave my dorm, I saw something out of the corner of my eye, my stuffed green bunny. I set my things down, picking it up. I started remembering when Todoroki won this for me. We were playing one of those water gun squirting games. He had won and gave this bunny to me.

My eyes started to tear up. I quickly wipe my tears and place the bunny on the end of my bed. I grab my boxes again and head downstairs. When I got downstairs, all the lights were still off so nobody was up yet. Which I'm thankful for, so I don't have to explain what I'm doing with all my things. I look outside, seeing my mom pulling up.

She gets out of the car, helping me put boxes in the back. We get back in the car and start driving back to the apartment. I can see her glancing at me a few times, but she doesn't ask any questions. Once we get back, I grab my boxes and put them in my room. Then walk in our living room, seeing my mom sitting on the couch.

"So, what did you need to talk to me about?" She asked, as I sat down next to her. "I was wondering if I could stay with dad for a little bit?" She looked at me concerned. "Why do you want to stay with your dad so suddenly? Did something happen?" I looked down at my lap, playing with my hands. "I-I don't really wanna talk about it right now. I just want to get away from everything for a little bit to clear my head." "Are you sure?" I looked back up at her. "Ya, i'm sure. Dad also said I could stay with him anytime." She sighed. "Ok, I'll give your dad a call and we'll get you a plane ticket, but you have to promise to call me everyday, Ok?" "Ok mom. I promise"

She hugged me and walked into the other room, probably to call my dad. I went to my room and laid down on my bed, looking up at my ceiling. A few minutes later, she walks into my room. "Ok, your dad said you can stay with him. He's also sending you a plane ticket, so you can leave later today." I sit up to look at her. "Ok, I better get packing then. What time is the flight?" "It's 2:00, so we should probably leave around 1:30, ok? Also are you hungry?" "Ok, and no I'm not hungry right now, but I'll let you know if I do get hungry" "Ok" She leaves my room and I start packing.

Bakugou's POV:

(A/N: Also in the story Izuku and Kacchan are still best friends and he never bullied Izuku)

I woke up to my alarm. I start getting ready for class. Once I'm done, I grab my bag heading downstairs to get something for breakfast. I quickly eat, then head to class. As usual, I'm one of the first there. Of course Iida's already there, and I see Todoroki already in his seat.

I walk over to my seat, putting my headphones in waiting for the bell to ring. Soon enough the bell rings and dunce face runs in late as always, but I see Deku isn't in his seat nor is he with his friends. 'Hmm, probably just over slept'. The day continued, and Deku never showed. Finally the last bell rang, signaling that we could leave. I decided to head to Deku's dorm to see why he wasn't in class.

When I got up to his room, I didn't bother knocking since he leaves his room unlocked and I always just walk in. When I opened his door I saw everything was gone. I look around his room some more, seeing that everything that he owned was gone. The only thing was left was the stuffed green bunny Icyhot gave to Deku on his bed.
