Epilogue

10 years later

"Mummy mummy" called out a small voice.

I peek open my eyes and see Aylia and Mason.

They were both staring at me with their great big green eyes.

"Mummy can you please make us pancakes?" Aylia said.

"Didn't daddy get up and make you breakfast?" I ask them.

"Yeah but mummy it was not good"

"He burned it didn't he?" I laugh tiredly.

I get up from my bed and take Mason into my arms as I hold onto Aylia's hand.

I walk into the kitchen and put down Mason in his high chair and Lia sits at the table next to the high chair.

There is a 7 year age gap between Lia and Mason but she's almost obsessed with him and it the cutest thing ever.

"Okay mummy is going to make you breakfast."

I make them some chocolate chip pancakes

I see Fred come in, he just got done packing the car since today is Lia's first day at Hogwarts.

And wow it's been 11 years since the day we've met and he's still just as breath taking every time I look at him.

I'm not ready to not see my little baby everyday. I mean she's my first born, it's just crazy how she grew up so fast.

"You made them breakfast, but I made them food earlier." He told me.

"You burned it just a bit, again" I laugh.

He chuckles and pecks my cheek.

"Ok Lia sweetie, it's time to go" he tells her.

Lia gets up and puts on her shoes excitedly.

She's been dreaming of this moment ever since see received her letter this summer.

She runs out to the car and I go to grab Mason

"You are amazing, you know that?" Fred whispers sweetly in my ear.

"Well thank you, you're not so bad yourself." I laugh.

"I'm so lucky to have you, I'm serious. Merlin I still have the same feeling from day one, I love you" he tells me.

"I love you too" I say as I lean in for a deep kiss.

We pull apart and I grab Mason.

We get in the car after putting Mason safely in the back.

"Lia just remember no matter what house you're in we love you always." I tell her

"Doesn't matter if you're a Slytherin, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff.
You are still you, don't let anyone tell you differently." I finish explain myself to Lia

She nods and smiles.

And there we go driving down to the King Cross Station where it all started for me.

How I met Fred and how I ended up here.

We watch Lia leave on the train we wave goodbye.

Fred reassures me that she'll be great.

"She's strong, just like her mummy. I love you" he whispers in my ear
