Red's eyes snapped open. Something was wrong.
Someone was missing.
She'd heard Rach leave a while; Red had assumed it was to go to the bathroom but Rach was still gone.
Red jumped out of her hammock softly and slipped on her leather jacket. She grabbed her bow and arrow, strapped her dagger to her thigh and creapt out of the room.
The whole base was eerily silent, so she sprinted to the entrance hall, at the entrance to the tree Red grabbed the rope and soundlessy slipped up it. Swinging out into the open she scanned the area lit by the beautiful sunrise.
Suddenly, there was a rustle of movement on the top of the tree. As silently as an ant Red ran and hid behind a cluster of bushes a little way up the bank. Looking towards the source of the noise she aimed her bow until she realised what it was.
Who it was.
Rach and Adam. Together.
Rach had taught Red about shipping when she came to Jahra, and well, Red shipped it. But she frowned when a painful though came into her head. 'What about Tris? Adam always spoke like he loved her? Ah well, its not my business to get involved in, as long as he doesnt mess her around. Rach was like a sister to me now, and if Adam shatters her heart he won't have arms to wrap around another girl.'
After her silent monologue Red watched as the lovebirds talked quietly, wrapped up in their own little bubble, before turning to face each other and kiss gently in the warm light of the sunrise.
A/N sorry its really short, and there was even more fluff :p , I'll update soon, I promise.
